I got a text saying to call this number because my "debitvisa" was frozen, and an automatic voice asked for my card number and other info that I didn't give it. It happened very late at night. I know my bank doesn't send texts to me, and I used my card before and after the call. Total scam

I get text messages and they keep comming see Pshing on T-Mobiles Forums and google 877 207-0236 for others with the same problem

Looking for owner info.

I also got a text that said...CO-OP services has limited your debit card. contact us immediately at 202-742-1416. I am with sprint and they sent it from kubkbn@messaging.com so I don't think it is just T-mobile. When I called it of course it asked for your 16 digit debit card number.
If there is anyone that we can report this to that will actually prosecute let me know.

THIS IS A SCAM THE FTC TOOK OVER THE NUMBER SO IF YOU CALL IT YOU GET A RECORDING ABOUT IT FROM THE FTC.

i filled out an app online for a job, and have since been getting all kinds of odd calls at odd hours for things I "signed up for" like gym memberships and car loans. I wonder if the site has anything to do with this. Anyone else use http://www.jobcooler.com/ recently?

I'm with T-Mobil also, I wonder if the phone company knows. the E-mail address looks like it could read TMobileOnlineMail... I didn't give any info, especially since it was midnight EST and I knew something was up. thinking about contacting my service provider today about it and blocking the 3642 number from texting me again

message that most people here got at 8:24 PM Eastern Time on (11/9/2009).  I'm also with T-mobile.  I have never given out my cell number to anyone (it's used for outgoing business calls only) and I've never used or pay for their text messaging service so this sure seems like someone is just randomly fishing with T-mobile numbers.  I never called the number either, I just wound up here after a quick search on the number.  The scams never end these days do they?

I just recieved a message that stated the same thing, but i was curious I just a few hours ago signed up for mobile text message notice from my American Eagle Visa. I wounder if this has anything to do with the notice.??

Well they could be behind it but everyone has been getting those messages so thats what I am thinking it is. I have got text messages from people I did'nt even know before and from people that I only talked to 1 time. It is weird but I have a strong feeling that this is a scam and a mass text message sent by a scam artist or an ex T-Mobile employee that is trying to screw everyone over. It is probably from overseas where all those scam artist live. I found that out by watching a dateline special with chris hanson. He exposed that contries scams so that is why if I dont know the number I never call it back and I never text it back either. I never give out my personal information to anyone either. I got a text msg from here telling me to call to un-freze my locked debit card, this sounded weird so i googled it and it also brought me here. It sounded like a scam because the website i received the information from was 0833@tmomail.net and it gave me this number to call and when i did it asked for my credit card number!!! TOTALLY A SCAM

Sammy that person had nothing to do with you getting this text. Everyone who has a T-Mobile contract and phone is getting these text messages. It's a scam and someone must have hacked into T-Mobile's website and sent it out as a mass text message. Dont give them any of your personal information. Just delete the text message. Dont call the number either. I hope this helps you Sammy.

It sounds to me like someone hacked into T-Mobile's website and sent these text out in the masses and they are trying to scam everyone out of there money. I bet it was someone in Indonisia or Africa cause that is where all the online scames come from. Your best bet is to avoid calling the number and never give out your credit card and social security number or even your bank account number. I just called from a landline.  They want credit card and social security number.  Don't waste your time, it is phishing.  Can't believe that people would actually give them this information.
