I am in college right now and I have gotten calls on both my home phone and my cell phone which I don't give my number out and they have called multiple times saying that I had requested help. I did sign up for scholarships online, but I make sure to uncheck that I want people calling me. I can hardly understand the ladies on the other end of the phone and have started to hang up when they call  I do not remember requesting help and if I did I would go to my college advisors rather than a company.

I forgot to mention that they DID leave a message on my phone this last time.... it was (and I quote), "Ha Ha Haaa" (kind of evil like).  So, what's that all about?  Doesn't sound like a very....upstanding & trustworthy company to me!

I tried to register for a mommy scholarship, then quickly realized it was a shill for University of Phoenix. I immediately stopped the registration, but it was too late. They already had my info. Now I'm getting 2 calls a day from these a**-clowns. Knock it off! I'm already attending a university!

Call came from this "800 Service" number twice on 1-June-2013. No msg left on ans machine. When I answered the second call, no one said anything and finally whomever it is disconnected. Redialed number and received automated msg that this is "Degree Counseling" and that they are supposedly a free service. Don't understand why they would be calling our number - senior citizens.  Plus, our number is on the federal DNC list.

I have been receiving calls on my cell from this number 3-4 times a day for the last week. It has been very annoyong! I do not answer, as I do not answer unknown callers. The strange thing is they never leave a message. I also wonder if the person that posted the positive comment is in on this...obviously some kind of  scam! Please stop calling! I dont want whatever you are "pitching" or selling. Ridiculous!

This number calls me continuously and hangs up when I answer. Every frickin time. Don't know who, why or what they want.

They keep calling and never leave a message. I finally answered today after I missed all of their calls last week and when I said hello there was not a returned greeting so I hung up. I went on the Internet to see who this number belongs to and now I am in the know business.

They are calling to offer me college programs to match my interests, they've called twice today. It is very hard to understand the customer service rep, she sounds like she may be from another country.

Woah me too! It's crazy that I found another person. They always call me when I'm in school. I call back and it's a voicemail saying it'a some Degree college thing? I've been getting their calls about twice or three times a day for the past week.

I have noticed this number as a missed call over and over and over during the last week on my cell. Today I was on a job and the outside light made it impossible to see the screen so I quickly picked up. A young voice asked for Kim. I politely answered they have a wrong number then I hung up and went back to work. Once inside I see the caller is from the same annoying number. Since then they have called back 9 times today. I dialed the number to tell them to stop bothering me and got a recorded message.

They called me today and thank you for your feedback. I hung up the phone and throw it across the room. I do not want to sign up for a class that I will be told "the instructor is sick" or be called a B....ch or any other horror story-I wonder if the one person who posted positive comment about this place is involved with the company.....Anyways I never signed up for any class, don't know how they got my phone number.

Signed up for a class.  Class was cancelled. Class was set up a week later. We were given the wrong address,  and wrong dates. Called them all day. Finally, contact someone and they say they will look into it. Received a return call from Amber Rosenberg. She lied to me and said the instuctor was sick. However, when we arrived in a morning for the class we were told there wasn't a class set up for that day. She then changed her story and said it was never set for that date and we were mistaken. Well I reminded her of my comfirmation e-mail and she went crazy on me. Called me a bi*** and a f.....bi*** and said " try to get your money back bi***"! I in turn let her know I would be spreading the word about this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

We registered to take Quick Books & they kept cancelling the classes- trainer sick both times they said. We asked for a refund a month ago and still no money has been reimbursed. I would not trust them!

They do not pay their trainers either or return phone calls.

Coninually (at least once a month) get an advertising fax from a 'private caller' with the return number listed as 1-877-221-3366.  No matter how many times or ways I request they remove my personal home fax number from their lists they refuse and I keep getting these.  Would love for them to honour the 'do not call' registry lists and stop harrassing me!

I'm sorry but I don't believe you!  If they're such a great company why don't they do business in a more tradtional way?  Anyone who hides behind a 'private caller' number is shady and I would stay clear for sure.

This is a QuickBooks training company.  I think they teach Simply Accounting as well.  I took the training and it was amazing.  Great company especially love the hands on
