Nobody there.  Just rang, I answered.  No person.  Call automatically hung up.  There goes another minute's usage on my bill!

received call from 877-222-8193, a woman who sounded asian, asked to verify my first name then put me on hold. i hung up and think this number is using home depot in a fraudulent manner. home depot, be aware.

Have called back this number 4 times.  Each time I have stated to Office Depot, to remove my name & number, and if I need anything for the company, I will call.

They call my corporate cell phone at least 5 times a day.  If they will not stop after being requested to do so, how do I stop this annoyance.

Hi - I want to amend my earlier post.  I spoke further with the account rep at this number and got the information out of her that she works for a company that was hired by Office Depot to follow up on people who had ordered from Office Depot in the past.  The name of the company is something like IRB (I think I have one letter wrong there).  Then I called Office Depot and spoke with a manager who confirmed that they did, in fact, hire a company called IRB (or something similar) to follow up with people who had ordered in the past.  So - although their customer service gives off a very unprofessional vibe and they call with an unprofessional frequency, this is legitimate.  Very surprising that a big company like Office Depot would hire such an unprofessional call center.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the past two months - probably about 5 or 6 calls (I think).  Sometimes I am able to answer and sometimes I am not.  When I don't answer, they do not leave a message.  When I speak with someone, they say that I have a business account with office depot.  The first time this happened, I said I had no idea what he was speaking about - I had never opened such an account.  He then told me that they automatically enroll people when they order something.  He was trying to see if I needed any supplies and I was in the middle of something so I asked him if he could send me an e-mail with the details of the program.  He never sent the e-mail.  The second time it happened, the lady did actually send me an e-mail which seemed to contain legitimate information about the Office Depot program - but it was a different program - not the business account.  Today I was about to order some ink but a red flag went up in my head based on the quality of customer service.  I told her I had to go to a meeting and then I called Office Depot directly.  The real Office Depot says I do not have a business account with them.  This phone number is a scam of some sort - I am glad I thought of it before I ordered anything

I have repeatedly received calls from this number on my cell phone and no message was left.  This morning a woman left a message saying she was calling regarding my Office Depot account.  (I enrolled in Office Depot's customer reward program but don't really shop there much.)  I'm thinking of withdrawing from that program.  I usually shop at Office Max, where I am also enrolled in a customer reward program, and they NEVER annoy me by calling my cell phone.

Told them I didn't think i had an office depot account and they hung up on me.

I don't answer numbers that are in the 800s, so I don't know what they called for.  There was no message left.

It always calls in the early morning, actually once a week. Very annoying while I sleep, never picked up.

This number has called every day for like two weeks.  I never pick it up but when I returned the call it was an automated line for Office Depot Account Management Solutions

Bill McMann called my personal cell phone and office line.  It is Office Depot Business Solutions and they are trying to "up" their sales saying if you call them directly to place their order you get a lower price.  It's all a scam!  Makes me want to never order from OD again!

Urgent telephone call from Office Depot.  1-877-222-8193 x14821 Freida Williams.  Held for employee to be paged a total of 2x....her time holding over 5 min.  Said it was important and that "employee" needs to call her back asap.  She left her name, I asked for company name and her telephone number.  She said, "Office Depot" and paused for about 3 long seconds before giving her telephone number.  She then asked for employee to be paged a 2nd time and held for another 5 min.

This number is for Office Depot Business Solutions division. It is the toll free number to be able to reach your Telephone Account Manager.

They called and asked for me by name.  When I asked who was calling, they said they would call back
