It's a collection agency phishing for someone that most likely has the same name as yourself and is delinquent on some bills, etc. They are Hagulworth SB&J (www.hagulworth.com), and I consider those kind of people lower than the ugliest slug under a rock purely because of the tactics that they employ to solicit information from perfectly innocent people.
If you owe debt and are trying to evade it, that's one thing, but if 50 other people have your same name and this kind of firm is just blindly canvassing the group with deceptive messages meant as scare tactics, that's something completely different. About all you can do is use caller id, caller block or ignore the calls. They have no grounds to do anything if you are truly innocent.
On the other hand, if you are with the Dept. of Defense, I say "go sick their a$$!!" :-)
