they call here,my fathers phone (he's 85),and my husbands ex-wife!!!!!!!!!! threatening me with fraud and i'll be arrested,blah,blah.what a scam! but very embarrassing too!

A message was left on a family member's voice mail,also stating that I owed a debt and was being accused of fraud.I know for a fact that I have not committed any crime of any sort.They even left a threatening message that I would be arrested if I did not contact them.This is definitely a scam.

I got a call from this number also called the Processing Center, alleging that I took out a loan with Ace Cash Express in 01/2008 for 520.00. They told me to contact the corporate office who would be able to give me the information regarding this store front location. The rep could not even provide me with any details and said that they would serve me at home or work and that she had limited information. I have never taken out a loan with this company. So I called them just to see and they do not have any of my information in their system. Period. The rep said if I took out a loan that was forwarded to a collection agency that regardless of the location, they would be able to locate me in their system. This is a scam. I am going to research on how to prosecute them because they have a lot of my information and I know for a fact I never took out a payday loan with this business.

call from a private number, anyone know if this was a legimate message, they will not leave it on your answering machine,  it is usc and it is a collection agency. I know i have not comitted fraud and they will have to prove what they are accusing us of, times are hard and they are trying to collect money that we do not have, the economy is still bad and no one has money. That's their job to try and scare people out of money, but it does not work here. Call all day if they have all that time, its a toll free number they are calling from.

This has to be a scam.  Anyone know?

I also received a call from them today that I was being charged by the State of Pa for fraud. I was told that I would be served with papers at my place of employment. I called the number back and a recording told me to hold for the first available operator...anyone know if this is a collection agency

We received a call yesterday.

Just got a message and person wants to "serve" papers on someone but when said name not even mine - left phone number to call back - not planning to do so since this is not even for me per her message.

I received a message from this number and a gentleman stating to be taking me to court for a debt owed and if I do not respond he stated that he would serve me "papers" at my home or place of employment. Sounds very intimidating, however, if it was a legitimate call...he surely would address me gender appropriate!! I am a Mrs. not Mr.. SO needless to say I deleted the message. I'm sure he will call again, and hopefully I will answer:)

I received a call today saying I owed a debt and it was going to court. They have alot of information but not enough. Sounds like a scam.
