I just called and it is a scam, guy on the phone was very irate when I told him it was a scam...they want to charge a one time fee of $9.95!  Oh but wait, they are not gonna charge anything??RIGHT!!! Big time SCAM!!!!

just so you all know when i told them that i didnt have the 9.99 they wanted 1.00 lol that is how you can find out shipping is shipping cant be lowered

so did they charge you phone bill?

Just called Wal-Mart inc about this, after calling the number texted to us, and they wanted a CC number for shipping.  Walmart says this is a scam, and they only send contest winner notifications via Certified Mail of Fedex.  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.

Walmart said to report the call to the FTC at 877-382-4357.

Got the same text.  I got this, I believe, for signing up for Gevalia Coffee and Netflix.  I supposedly qualified for the "Voucher" plus a $50 Gift.  I asked what is a Walmart VoucherI could barely understand the reps. english.  They wanted me to try two other offers.  I said no but send me my card anyway.  They wanted me to pay shipping and wanted debit card info. Told them no and they hung up.
