it is a scam .................

This man called me at work stating he was Officer David Brown and that he wanted to know if I would like to settle a debt from a Payday loan or else they were going to file a lawsuit against me at the Kings Court on Monday and I would have three counts against my name.  One was for check fraud! Plus he called me at work he knew my social he knew my bank information and was very rude!  I was very hesitant about it but I do have an exisiting pay day loan that I hadn't paid due to loss of income/economy one of the ones affected by cut in pay.  Lord knows I didn't want to be known for check fraud and eventhough everything told me not to  but I arrange some small payment arrangements.  I dont think he's legit and am unsure what to do next.  I called him to arrange a payment and his voicemail said it was Officer Joshua Phillips but the same voice.......hmmm  don't know where to start to report it.  Im trying to find that payday loan company to see if they did send him.  If anybody can help please comment.  He said I would get to view documents by email... which he hasn't sent.

got the same call from the same man dont do anything.  its a FRAUD report them to the authorities
