Asked them repeatedly to show proof of supposed debt, dates, any information, they refused . What legal documents do they have to prove that they are legally authorized to collect? How much is the actual debt? What payments have already been made on the account? Where is the accounting of the debt, including all interest and fees? Are these fees and interest amounts legit?

A man called and left me a msg looking for someone who is not me.  He asked me to call back if that person is not me.  I don't want to waste my limited minute to call back.  Will talk personally with them if they call again.

Program your land-line phone to recognize the number and block it.  If it's a cell phone program the phone to recognize the number and either block it or give it a "silent" ringtone.  At the end of the day (I hate that phrase), delete the calls.  Like Chef Tell said "Veddy simple.  Veddy easy."  Otherwise, get a name and a address and go to their physical location and get physical with them........golf club, baseball bat, sap gloves.......etc. and beat them to a bloody pulp and consequential submission to knock off the harassment phone calls.  But, I'm easy that way.

They are calling me constantly with a variation of numbers....phone will ring 25 times, several times a day.   I do not owe anyone....this is  6 month new number.   Am on DO NOT CALL list.   Is there anyone to report them to?

I've been getting voicemails from this number and you can't understand it at all. Like a robot gone bad or something crazy.

This number has called me about 3 times a day for 1 1/2 months now.  I have nothing to do with them.  They keep asking for somebody named Melissa Ann Lucero.  I don't know anybody by that name.  The computer generated voice says that if they have the wrong number to press 3.  If I do, then music starts playing in the background and nobody answers/picks up.  WTF!!!

This number kept calling & calling! Would NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. I called them back today. They are looking for a Kathleen Ford who doesn't live here. Never heard of her!

I am getting constant calls from this number through out the day and night. If I answer, they hang up. If I don't they wont leave a message. I am so sick an tired of it and they will NOT stop. What else am I suppost to do?

They keep calling me also and so everytime they call I call my Lawyer give him the date/time/phone number and extension number.  He has a whole list of dates and times they called.  This called Harrsement, don't they know that????
