They are full of crap. Some guy just called me at work saying I was going to be picked up for criminal charges at my home or work today for bad checks (of which I have none). I asked SEVEN times where they were located and the guy got real angry and said "delaware". He screamed at me and said I'm unethical and have no morals or value to my society. haha. I said SERVE ME THEN! They always call about these fake court papers that not surprisingly never appear. What a joke.

Well I paid my debt to Edison,Patrick and Associates and guess what I am still getting calls from other debt collection agencies saying that this debt was never paid!WHAT IS THE DEAL?I have done my research and will soon bring this to an end!Oh and they contacted my husband's place of employment stating that I had a sick relative .The sec. can testify to it.They were paid by a credit card from my husband.He paid it before he discussed the matter with me.Then they sent him an email (which I have a copy of) from Anthony Norton.

I also got a call about same$ 700 something bill but I had to pay interest and if I didn't pay tonight..I would be arrested tomorrow morning..I supposedly had a payday with a.s.a. funding ..the Guy that called me was named Brian Pankea 1-904-342-1377. I asked him for the number of the agency that hired him and he told me he didn't have that. I talk to my local police and he told me since they said it was supposedly done on 2007 they couldn't do anything..its been to long...I had also asked the Guy what county police would come get me and he said that they ha enter notified them yet. But if its not paid tonight. They would release a warrent..but if I paid now it would go on my record or credit...to me that sounded fishy...I guess we will find out in morning.

I received a very threatening call from this company, telling me that I would be going to jail for a debt.  I knew that I owed the debt and was willing to pay the amount in question.  Iset up payment arrangements with them and they drafted the amount out of my bank account.  These people took my money and I am having to pay this deby all over again.   This is horrible!

Yea that's a good idea. Look up s**t on the internet about a business. Y'know 9 out of 10 people on the internet don't know wtf is going on. They think because someone calls them it's a scam. At least hear what they have to say, if you think it's a scam then take the appropriate measures. But it's debt collections and they'll probably tell you something you don't want to hear, even though it's probably true. Most agencies have rude people, but it's not customer service, it's collections. I've gotten a call from these guys for a pay day loan. I owed it, but it doesn't seem any less legit than the place I work at (which is also collections) Best thing I can tell you people to do is see what kind of debt they're collecting on (might be a payday loan) and see if you can't prove you paid it. 95% of the time if you can prove you paid it you're in the clear. But you have to at least prove you paid it, otherwise they can threaten to go legal, and might do it depending on what kind of people they have at their company.

These people are rude and a pain in the a$$!!! They call your phone and work like 3-5 times a day or more. They say they are a law firm but really a debt collector agency, I had an attorney look them up. They yell and harass you to pay a debt. They are breaking the law in many ways and don't be fooled by them. Spoke to TROY DELL...very mean and rude. I had documents that I paid the debt and so he comes back by saying "you can tear it up into 4 pieces because it means nothing" LMAO..really??? It was signed by the actual creditor dummy! You are just a debt collector! LOL SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I filed a complaint with my state's attorney general as well as the Federal Trade Commission.

These people are a bunch of fraudulent individuals based out of Jacksonville, Florida. They will harrass you at work, multiple times a day in an effort to get you to break. Please contact your local officials to file suit aginst these people. Don't be scared or alarmed because they are just trying to fluster you into giving them your credit card information. If you ever have a debt that has gone to collections, call your credit bureau immeadiatly to get clarity before making payments to anyone. Again, please file suit against these people so they can be taken down for good!

i also recieved a phone call from them but the # was different it was a 3023563223 i had a payday loan and payed it off they call me and tell me i owe thousands of dollars ha hahahahah. i have the receipts showing i payed it and they tell me no good how cares you still owe this  same person a TROY DELL then i called back  and my husband got on the phone TROY DELL wouldn't let my husband get in one word so my husband told him if i shoved my dick in your mouth do u think u could shut up for a min. lol TROY DELL then comes back and told my husband " ask your wife how mine tastes" Well right there i knew it was a scam a real debt collector never would have said something like that i called the police department and the attorney general of my state on them not the first phone calls they have recieved they said police department told me to call back and get a bill sent to me  so i did they refuse to send me a bill said they already sent one. i never got it then asked him for the company he works 4 he wouldn't  give it to me. i then told him i found his name on the internet saying he was a scam artist oh did he get upset then lol told me to stop accusing him  of things and demanded the web site i told him to google it all kinds of things listed for a TROY DELL got real mad at me then lol it was to funny what a jerk he then hung up on me he knew i wasn't paying him lol

Idiot called me and harrassed me on my job (EXTREMELY RUDE).  Tried to tell me that he was having me arrested on today either at my employment or home.  I asked what judge he was contacting to issue the attachment.  He stated he could make it happen on today.  He stated he could not and did not have to tell me.  I told him it was public information and that he could release that information and he stated that he did not have to. He again refused and hung up on me.  I know that he could not do any thing, but did pay the debt. How do people like that live with them selves or even sleep at night.  Hope he gets hit by a bus...LMAO.
