caller hung up after i answered when i called back to see what it was recording tolled me that this was not a valid number

I answered and heard a click, followed by: "please enter your password" then the call was disconnected.

Caller would not say where they are calling from.

Commercial Recovery Authority, stating it was an investigation and then asked for the owner.
It's regarding outsourcing collections.  They make it sound all official when actually they are soliciting a business.
