These people have harrast me, even called my job. They told me that they would come up to my place of employment, and that i was going to be sued and go to jail, if I didnt pay a loan from one of those payday places. The lady i talked to said she was coming and never showed up. These people just try to scare you, and are very unprofessional. They are scammers that just want your money

So did you get subpoena?

We received a call from this number with the guy saying they were going to sue my Mother. I told them I would be here to sign for the subpoena. The guy then asks me if I want their call back number (the caller ID showed as unknown) - what an idiot. Okay, so he says he will be here in 2 or 3 hours...I told him not to pound on the door because we've had home invasions in the community and didn't want to mistake them for one.

Logic would have it that if we are being sued, then why would we need their call back number with the case number? Just go through the motions of the law suit! Just another day in paradise.

I recieved a threating voice mail left on my answering machine from a Cornelius...who is trying to get ahold of someone I know that stayed at my house for 2 months over 3 years ago...I do belive it is against the law for someone to be threaten by anyone...
