Bull...We have never in our lives had a credit card with BOA.  NEVER!

This company is repeatedly calling my cell phone. So far, they have not left messages, but they call every day at various times of the day. I would like to block their number, but I can't. I don't know how they got my cell phone number.

I every day I get a call form this number, but nobody answers, I bock it!

Fraud!Not boa i've had many many calls from this number. Don't have a boa cc! This is a big time scam.They have two numbers use..the other is877-433-1745. Your information has been scammed from some site. Report to FCC. These vermin just get another number and fish for more money.

It's BoA calling about an overdue credit card bill. It's not a scam.

I GET THE SAME CALLS AS EVERONE ELSE COUPLE TIMES A DAY NO MESSAGE WHEN THEY DO LEAVE A MESSAGE COMPLETE SILENCE. I DONT CARE I HAVE UNLIMITED CALLING SO LEAVE IT ON VIBRATE THEY CAN CALL UNTILL THEIR BLUE IN THE FACE OR HELL FREEZES OVER I DONT CARE

This number calls several times a week. I finally answered, and got nothing but silence. They've left many, many voice-mails, two today alone, all consisting of 3 seconds of silence.

I work in customer service at a large company. We keep getting calls from this number for a girl who is on leave. I tell them this is her place of business and that she wont be back for 2 weeks, but they keep calling EVERY DAY! When i ask to take a message or about what this is regarding, they say it is a "Personal Business Matter". Yeah, right... They always have a distinct asian or middle eastern accent and ALWAYS hang up after i try to get more information out of them. How can they be calling for her here? Is that even legal?!  These jerks are messing with my customer service "abandon" rate!!! >:(

Same deal, completely! Ring at all times of the day, asking for my daughter. Okay; this goes to the FCC!

This is a call from FIA Card Services. They handle credit card accounts. They are calling to collect on a debt you owe. I think the main bank they go through is Bank of America but I originally got a FIA account through Wachovia like 6 years ago. It is NOT a scam.

They often call, as soon as the clock marks 8 in the morning the phone rings showing this number. Then they call several times through the day. They have left voicemails filled with complete silence and the one thing you can hear is someone breathing on the other side. If they continue with this looks like someone is getting sued.

This same number started about three weeks ago. Leaves no message and only lets the phone ring thre times. If I do answer before the three rings, all I hear is a dial tone. I wish they had more to do than :play" on the phone!

I consistently get calls from this number at least twice a day.  When I do take the call, the woman on the other end asks to speak to my son.  I always say that he is not home right now, but that I could take a message.  I always get the response that this is a "personal business phone call" and that they will try to call him later.  Once they did say very quickly that this is "FIA services".  Looking at information from Amber, there may be a connection with Bank of America.  My son does have an account with them.
I figure that since they don't want to give me any information, I shouldn't have to inform them that my son has moved out over a year ago, and I definately will not give them my son's phone number!

I got a call too...they said its from bank of america... some FCI... i got their number and tried to call back.... did not look like it was bank of america.... when i called back... someone started with 'hello'..i asked if this is some company ....she took a min and then said,.. 'oh yeah.... we are FCI .... thanks for calling back".... felt somthing was cooky... hung up!

I got a call from this number, It's a credit card collection agency inquiring for an unknown name.

I've been receiving a call from "unknown", and I personally don't answer phone calls in which I don't know who they are.  They finally left a voicemail after the 6th try of contacting me, and left a phone number for me to call back.  I couldn't make out the "company" name, but nevertheless I googled the phone number and here I am typing out this warning.  It's very apparent that they're just a bunch of scammers.
