wow, everyone reads and relies too much on the internet, did you ever stop to think that if you didnt take these short term loans out in the first place or if you paid it back when you should have it wouldnt be in the status it is now or you wouldnt have to get calls.... common sense is to be responsible and be an adult handle your affairs.. you wouldnt have to be bothered... stop looking for the easy way out.... the people in this country have zero morals anymore.... peace out................

thank yuo for te information, i jusboth number that i have fom first i  got a call from 716-332-6650aid her name is emily green and gave me a number to call 877-275-2270 i asked who the debit was for he said a pay day loan from 2010 an wanted me to transfer to his call center o ican settle the debit with a credit card. he didnt even know who this emily gren was, heput me on hold for 10 min then came back and said she is a currier that will bring me papers to sign to appear in court unless i call him back in the next hour to pay over the phone wih a credit or debit card for a smaller amount.  do you know anything about these numbers and what should i do ?

The same person called me too she said her name is Emily Green. Talking about she coming to my residency. I knew she was a fraud. I will be letting my general attorneys office know.

Yeah, I just got one too from Emily Green and she left me the number listed.  I've called all of my county offices and none of them have heard of her nor have they received any notice of a lawsuit against me.  I'm saving the voicemails and considering filing a case against them.  When I asked who the debtor was, she told me it was SAS and that they are a group of attorneys, but she couldn't go into any more detail about it.

Same thing happen with my sister and scared her to death...Not funny..

Received a call from this number about a litigation

I've been getting the same phone calls. It stated about a week ago and the lady named Emily Green keeps saying that she is coming to my residence and to my job to serve me with papers. Have no idea...

I have been getting the same phone calls. They even called my brother that lives in another state. Everyday she says that she is going to serve me papers for a case that is pending against me and that this is the last day. Everyday she calls and tells me this is the last day. She doesn't even have my current address. The number either shows blocked or unknown when she calls but she leaves this toll free number and says it is the number for the courthouse in my county. Whatever.

Called and left message with my daughter that they were calling from our county. Said that there was a court case against me and if I did not call back before the end of the day they would be out the next day to serve me. I did not call back and no one has come to my house yet. Would not give my daughter any other info other than a reference number.

GOT A CALL ABOUT SOME LITIGATION THAT STARTED AGAINST ME, DIDNT TELL ME FOR WHAT, FOR WHAT COMPANY, NOTHING, JUST SAID IT WAS A COURTESY CALL TO LET ME KNOW UMM OK WHATEVER.
