Booker Law Group

This number called and wanted to talk to someone I did not know and said that my ssn (which they did not give) was possibly linked with potential fraudulent activity in the past 72 months.  I called the number and says Booker Law Group.  No one answered.

I got an e-mail from this compnay(Diversified iversified Investigative Services) as well syaing I owed them $510.00.  I will be turing the information over to the FBI, FTC, Attorney General, and Secret Service to make them aware.  This company is not only bogus and don't realize they are committing extortion which is against the law as well!

Got an email from a company called Diversified Investigative Services with this phone number.  It stated that I owe $350 and had five days to pay it or court proceedings would start.  I called and the lady called me by the wrong first and last name.  Then she talked real fast about some debt that I had no ideal what she was talking about.  She could not give me any specific info just that this occurred in the beginning of 2010.  I told her that she had the wrong person then I hung up.

Recived a call from this number 877-275-9162 and there was a voice mail left telling that i needed to call them that this was a federal matter? then a few mins later they called my daughter which in turn she didnt answer the call, how ever both messages they prounced my last name wrong. Who are these people?

I received a voicemail from this number too.  They said that I needed to call them for they had sent me notices that I didn't respond.  I am glad I found this site.  They should at least say what it is for.

same here said i had till tuesday or i could face jail...then i started to ask questions and he said its late he wanted to go home called at 943 pm

Tried to get me to pay within 72 hours on a prepaid card or I might go to jail -  Ignore all calls from this bogus place!

There was a msg on my Dad's answering machine from the Booker Law Firm at this number, something about "Your Social Security Number has been selected for deposition.  Call us at..." - and that was it.

Very shady.  Google'd SSN Deposition, then the phone number.  Googling the number led me here.

I'll be ignoring that call.

They called my sister as well and told her a load of crap and asked for our SS # I ask for more info on them and just got the run around from them. Please do not even give them your SS # !!!

They called and a computer told my sister that there was fraudulent activity on my social security number.
When I called them back,they said that I had received money from somewhere and that I now owed $1407.
The Wells Fargo account doesn't exist.  Luckily I was savvy enough to put a stop to this before it got out of hand.  Do not give them any info or even the time of day!!!

This outfit is yet another bogus group of low-lifes trying to get money out of you.  They either operate entirely outside of the law or just barely within it.  Do not pay them a cent.  Their threats and harrassment is designed to intimidate people into giving them money; do not fall for it!
