its a scam company. they always calls up stating microsoft and tells that computer has a problem and aks for money. original company name is I-Yogi.

I have been receiving calls from this number after I had called iYogi and hung up. I haven't answered but they leave long silent voice mails. After I got calls from this number I started getting them from 1253429454 and they leave the same silent voice mail so it may be the same company.

HOW DO YOU GET THIS CALLE TO STOP. IT RINGS MY CELL TOO MANY IMES, THE CALLER NEVER SAYS ANYTHING. THSHAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE I CONTACTED YAHOO TO TROUBLESHT PROBLEM. THEN I GOT A EMAIL FROM THEM UNDERAME iyogi.

I do not answer numbers I do not know. I called it back. Message goes like this when you call this number back: Thanks for calling iYogi, please enter account I.D., activation code followed by pound or hash key... Offered after a few attempts at getting you to enter the prior mentioned information and exceeding the number of times they allowed and you in put nothing then it asks if you have an internet connection to press 1, and if not then press 2 and it connects you with someone. I spoke to a gentleman named "Wasim" in Technical Support. Very professional, courteous and well mannered gentleman.
This is a legit number for iYogi Technical Support out of India. They offer a good service at a decent rate and they now speak much better English than you may think or than they did in the past, at least it was with who I spoke to.
