Complete total fraud. I have been waiting since march for my refund same details as listed below. I realized the scam when they tried to give me an address in New Zealand, not knowing that I actually know the street and where they are claiming their office is. Doesnt exist its virtual but what action can be taken??

Just went thru my bank statement & realize I was hit with this $29.95 charge from Web Services for registration to an adult website.  The info went thru my bank like a check - so somewhere someone has gotten access to my checking info - don't wait for these people to refund - you can fill out a form with your bank & they can chase the money - what a freakin scam.....

Same thing happened to me too about the same time, when I called to find out what it was for they told me it was for an "adult web site"! I blew up and they assured me they would refund the $39.95 and discard my account information.  I have yet to receive a refund (happened on 3/22/2013) and when you call the number they just say the latest information they have on the refunds is by the end of the month!  This is obviously a scam! Pisses me off had to close my checking account! Guess just lucky they only took $39.95! Wonder how many people never even noticed this came out of their account!

Same thing for me! I'm on day #13 waiting for refund. Called again today, scammer said it is a "delayed refund" and will be processed by the end of the month. SUCH crap.

I had the same thing happen.  Web Service took $29.95 from my bank account with a bogus check on 4/2/13.  I called them and they said they would refund my money in 3-10 business days.  Today is day 9 and no money yet so I will be calling my bank to do a fraud dispute.  cancelled the bank account they used and opened a new one already.  It's just weird that they got my info anyway.  I just hope they don't get my new info.

Called Billing Solutions and was given an email address of "tim_w0302@msn.com" and anIP address of 209.223.88.190 for the "web service" adult site access I supposedly ordered for $29.95. I've emailed abuse@savvis.net the owners of the IP address to get more info. I'm also going to send an email to the address they gave and see what that does. No idea how they got my account info either.

Contact your local Secret Service office, who is responsible for investigating Wire Fraud, which is the case in these fraudulent charges.

I just found the $29.95 charge on my account.  The number does not work.  I am filing papers at my bank today to have this removed.  I do not know how they got my account number.  Funny how they had the old bank name though.  Bank changed names over 5 years ago.

The number 877-291-0327 belongs to Billing Solutions, 21 Queen St, Auckland, NZ 1010. They committed fraud by withdrawing $29.95 from my checking account for someone called "webservices" whose details they are not willing to give. Webservices and Billing Solutions are a fraud. Amazing no one can do anything about these guys. No idea how they stole my name and checking account number. Billing Solutions has an office in Minnesota but they were unwilling to give their street location.

Call them, Oh we dont know anything but the company's name that has your money, they are Web Services.

So in other words, the company that has this 877-291-0327 Co-Scams with the other company that takes 29.95 from your account. Their trick is, they say they will refund, who knows if this is true but I think they might in hopes to keep scamming the people that don't catch it.

What a SCAMMING company they both are

"web Services" and "billing solution LTD"  notice both names are about as generic you can get.

Is this effecting one particular bank or different banks? I got the same charge $29.95 from this number. Also says 30 day money back gurantee. I got this information from my bank.

FRAUD....WEB SERVICES   has people using checks used with unwanted persons.....name on check usually half wrong and charges you for $29.95  This  company is fraud
