Received this message the other day from Sarah Thomas. Thought I would check here first..thought it was a scam. They should have our address if they need to send legal documents..don*t ya think??!!!!

JOHNATHON RICHARDS CALLED LEFT MESSAGE WITH FAMILY AND ON MY CELL PHONE SAID HE HAD PRE LITIGATION PAPERS AND I NEEDED TO CALL THIS NUMBER AND GAVE ME A CASE NUMBER. SAID THAT IF I DIDNT GET THESE PAPERS I WOULD BE FOUND GUILTY. THIS IS SUCH A B***S*** SCAM. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR ADDRESS. COMPANY IS SOUTHWEST COLLECTIONS OUT OF TEXAS, THEY USE HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS TO GET MONEY. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TELL THEM THIS IS A CELL PHONE AND THEY ARE VIOLATING FEDERAL LAW.

This guy (Jonathan Richards) said he had pre litigation papers for me and I would need to contact them to give them my current address. He said if I didn't I would have to pay delinquent court fees. He made it sound like I was being sued for something. I called the number after hours and it only said I reached Southwest.
