they just keep calling & calling...no message

This number has been calling me for the last 2 weeks, everyday.
I wonder who it is, for I'm not answering the numbers that I don't know.

Got a call from this no. twice  everyday, no message whatsoever, so I don't even bother.

Tell these aholes to stop bugging people !!!  I'm calling the police since they been calling me for a month that's called Harrassment!!!!!

They are calling on behalf of Zellers/HBC etc.  I had added myself to the Do Not Call list for another telemarketer acting on behalf of Zellers/HBC several weeks ago, but this is a different toll-free number.  With this number, they hang up after a couple of rings so that you can't tell them not to keep calling, and when you call back they tell you to press 1 and enter your number if you want to be added to their Do Not Call list.  When you actually press 1, the extension doesn't work, and hasn't for months.  I had signed up for an HBC card in September 2009, which is why they can keep phoning and bugging me like this - we now have a "relationship"!  I think I'll be cutting up my card.

Just got a first call from this company. The number appears along with "NCO." No answer left.

This number has been calling my cell number for the past week. I do not know who it is, therefore I am not picking up the phone when I see this number. They never leave a message.

I didn't answer, I have no idea who this is calling, but they have called me twice now.

My mother has received repeated phone calls over last week, with either no one on the other end or heavy breathing. She was frightened out of her wits. No way to get them to stop calling, even after I tried calling the number back.

Yeah, NCO is now calling us nearly every day "on behalf of HBC". So is that you ask the one company to take you off their list, and HBC switches to another?

We *were* getting a call a day from another call centre also representing HBC. Those finally stopped a week or so ago after we pestered them every time they called. Today, got a call from NCO when we weren't able to pick up the call.

And the calls just keep on comin'.  I called the number back myself, as did my wife, and both of us were able to leave messages requesting that our number be taken off their calling list/added to their dnc list.  They keep calling!  Next step is my wife will phone up HBC (and, for the credit card, GE Money) and request the same thing.

They do collections for HBC, but they also conduct useless freaking "satisfaction surveys". I've already told them to stop calling me twice. Next step is to call HBC and tell them I'm cutting my cards up if this doesn't change.

Yet another reason why I don't shop at Zellers, The Bay or other HBC stores: they use telemarketing to drum up sales.  If we get one more call from HBC, my wife will promptly cut up her HBC Credit Card and HBC Rewards card, close both accounts and never again do business with the Hudson's Bay Company or Lord & Taylor.

omg nco called me

Repeated calls for my wife, would not speak to me nor say the nature of the call - until the third ay when the caller said it was a "courtesy call". I tried call this number to get our number off their list but the mail box was full...of what?

Ask for me by name but will not leave message on answering machine.

I called HBC directly and requested they remove my number from their calls and people who call on their behalf, and explained it was because of that NCO number calling 5 times with no one on the other end.  Hopefully that will solve the problem/

but isn't NCO a collection agency? have you ever picked up this call?

Message states company is"NCO" and outsourcing company conducting marketing programs on behalf of fortune 500 companies.  If you don't want calls on behalf of HBC, Zellers or The Bay press #1 to add your number to the DNC List. You press #1 and it transfers you to an extension that is not valid.  You have to hang up.  

I got 5 calls today including a voice message left with heavy breathing only.  Last 5 days have been calling daily.  Yesterday left a voice message but I erased it by accident.  I'm sure it was also heavy breathing.
