i saw this charge when i realized my card was gone. i call the number off of the credit card website and they said they wouold take the charge off for me because i had no idea what it was. to this day the charge is still on there. i really dont know what to do about it other than try to forget about it.

MDG CHARGED MY CARD AS WELL FOR $39.95 AND I CALLED THE 1-877-304-1102 AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 20 MIN. NEVER TALKED TO ANYONE IF I CAN'T GET THIS PUT BACK ON MY CARD THERE WILL BE A LAW SUITE CAUSE I DON'T ORDER THINGS ON LINE BECAUSE OF IDENTITY THEFT!! IF I CAN'T FIND IT IN THE STORE THEN I DON'T NEED IT! FURTHER MORE I'M A SINGLE MOM WHY WOULD I DO SOMETHING THAT STUPID I WOULD NEVER TAKE AWAY FROM MY SON LIKE THAT!!!! I also have had a charge on my account or $49.99.  I called the company and they cancelled the account but the gentleman was not pleasant.  I told him I never ordered anything to be sent to me and never received what they supposedly did send (all kinds of free a things).  They should be put out of business especially when I saw they are a foreign company, specificalley Japanese.  A fraud company notified me of the charges, which stupidly I did not pay attention to.

my situation is the same as everybody else---i ordered a book and was offered this service and i declined. i got a call offering me this and wasnt told i would be charged. i am calling my bank to have the charges reversed.

I bought a system online called BreastActives and spent about 230 dollars on it and its pills for 6 months. three days later (i ordered it on friday night and got the call on monday so i figured that they wanted to call on a weekday and didnt find anything wrong with it.) i recieved a call from these scammers and a lady spoke while i listened for like 3 minutes straight about how i needed to pick 1 from 3 different magazines that i had to subscribe to for varification purposes on my BreastActives order. She said i would receieve an email that i could cancel the subscription from shortly and gave me a number to call for cancelation purposes, but at that time i wasnt around paper or a pen so i didnt write down the number. but i believe the number is the 877-304-1102 number. she asked me to verify my street adress, she read it to me and i told her it was correct, then she asked me to verify my first and last name, which she also read to me and i told her was correct. I'm only 17 years old and am not used to getting packages in the mail, so i thought that it was protocal, but when i logged into my wels fargo account it said i was charged with 39.99. the lady didnt say that i would be charged, and i never got an email for cancelation. i'm a little pissed off about this and can't wait till monday so i can call and get a refund, and if not then I'll threaten them with getting wels fargo to help me. i hope i can get a refund, and if not i want to at least get it canceled. i feel really played about this and frustrated. someone help me

I went and was checking my balance on my bank Account and noticed MDG 877-304-1102.
I called my bank and it will take 5 to 45 days to have it removed and the money put back into my account. It took them 5 mintues to take it out and I have to wait up to 45 days What is wrong with this picture.

Yatermom, I got refunded this morning, I am a bit surprised, but here is what I did.  Hope it helps.
I got the original call on 12/15.  Gas vouchers, shopper's coupon site on the internet are what I recall.  The claims were that I would get $100 in gas vouchers to try their service, no charges for 30 days and they would send me a email with the vouchers.  On 12/17, I saw the $39.99 charge and called them at this 877# (which was listed on the credit card) so she said gas vouchers and I tied those two calls together.  On 12/22, no vouchers so I called back.  I got the story that she would resend them, takes 10 days.  On 1/7/11, I called told her that I have had enough and wanted to cancel everything and I wanted my money back.  She said no.  I said okay I am going to report you and I will deal with my credit card company to get my refund.  Then she said that she would refund my money, I said that's all I wanted and if by miracle these gas vouchers ever show up, I will return them (Of course, they aren't going to show up).  I asked for and received a confirmation number for the cancellation.

I suggest that you contact the 800# on the back of your credit card and dispute the charges, it is your best bet.  Unfortuneately, it will take some time to resolve.  The other number that I have tied to this one is 407-392-3069.  That's the number the original call came in on.  Free $100 gas vouchers, yeah, right.  No charges for 30 days to be sure that I like the product, yeah, wham, $39.99, overnite.  Oh, and the best part, I hung up and said to myself how are they going to charge me?, I didn't give them any credit card info.  They had it from somewhere, I am thinking of having the card changed or cancelled.  Good luck yatermom.  I will report back here if I am successful in getting my refund, which has been promised.  And the credit card company has my report that they are running a scam.  I also goggled Gas Vouchers and I don't see any happy people.

I never got a call. All I know is that my card's site was down, and I called to check my ballance after my card was denied. The only thing they could tell me is that a company named MDG withdrew 49.95 for pre-authroization and gave me two numbers, one of which was the 877-304-1102. I called the number and they absolutely refuse to refund the money. I dont know what to do. That money was for my medications, which happen to be my heart medications. Now im out of the money, and out of my medications. It wouldnt erk me so bad if It wasnt for the fact that I never heard of them, never signed up with them, never ordered from them, and all of the rest of my money wasnt already tied up in other bills that needed to be paid. The only place I have ever ordered from the internet was from Amazon.com and Walmart.com. I know they wouldnt have sold my information, or would they?

I am surprised to be the first to report these people but I got a phone call and was told about $100 gas vouchers for just trying their shoppers service.  Okay, free for 30 days, no charge til later, fine. He mentioned a 2nd service, also free for 30 days, just try them, no charge.  Yeah, right.  Boom, $39.99 two days later on my Visa.  I call, vouchers are in the mail.  Seven days later, I call, we will resend them, 10 days later, oops, I can see that they weren't sent.  NO, refund my money.  Sorry sir, we can't refund the original charges.  Okay, then, I am advising you that I am going to report you and deal with the refund thru my credit card company.  Then, OK, sir, we will process you a refund.  Hopefully, I am successful, but I am still going to report them.
