Called and said they were calling from citi financial.  They keep calling and asking for different people.  They won't let me speak to a supervisor.  I've asked them to stop calling my number.  No luck.

This number now shows up as Citigroup on the caller ID.  These lawbreakers called here at 7:49 a.m. this morning.  I saw the caller ID, picked up the phone and immediately said "You do realize that you've just broken about 6 different Federal laws by calling here before 8:00 a.m., don't you?".  They hung up!!  The Federal Fair Credit Act defines the hours that a bill collector may call you as between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. YOUR TIME.  Any calls outside those hours are Federal offenses and these morons at Citifinancial/Citibank/Citigroup KNOW it!  They're just scum who are trying to get away with something with people who don't know what the laws are.  They CAN be sued for such practices!

It's Citicorp...are your accounts up to speed.? We are behind with them,and are also in the process of bankruptcy and foreclosure....the idiots come out and want to threaten you just one last time...I never give them that chance to do so.....That's right ( this is to the most common idiots who like to rub it in to people who fell into the financial rut that has kicked a lot people in the face) yep we suck...we took the easy way out...right...nothing like being in your 40's and having a bad credit blemish to carry around like luggage for the next 10 years..........

This number calls my work and cell phone atleast 3 times a day. Nobody leaves a message, it hangsup when the answering machine picks up the call.
