So they have been calling several times a day for a few weeks from tele: 1.866.673.6603 listed as unavailable. I eventually answered the phone to see who it was...they ask for someone who doesn't live here. I tell them they have the wrong number and hang up.  The calls still continue.  I call back and ask them to take me off their calling list, they agree and hang-up.  The CALLS STILL COME!  So when they call and I happen to pick up, I ask for the person they are trying to reach.  They sound confused, and reply "that is who we are trying to contact" for which I say, well she doesn't live here, she must be out there with  you guys.  Maybe I should make up a voice and see what they want, that might work. I have reported them to the FTC.

Same thing here! SCAM!! they are phishing for your information! deny who you are and whatever info they have of yours! They can get names, address and DOB from any website. dont let it scare you! They dont have crap!! You dont owe them money! They are posing as a debt collector they are a SCAM!!! Hang up on them. I have reported them to the Attorney General and the Federal trade Commission! Report them!

Same as above.  I now keep receiving calls from this number as well.  The odd part is the 210 area code is from San Antonio, Texas where I just recently moved out of, so I thought at first it was maybe my old apartment complex or maybe somebody for the University.  It is very annoying and I hope they stop calling its pretty much the same thing that everybody describes.  "Its important please call back" with a bunch of static in the back round.  They keep asking for my mother and father to keep calling back which I don't get because I'm an adult already.

I've received at least 3 calls from these people every week at work for about 2 months or so.  They are not asking for me, but someone else.  They sometimes leave a message with a name with a call back number, but most of the time it's a recording of a bunch of people talking in the back which sounds like telemarketing.  Most people have a foreign accent.  Today I answered the phone and it was a woman with a Carribean accent. I told her I was not who they were looking for and to quit calling my number or I would report them.  She was loud, obnoxious, and would talk over me.  I finally had to hang up on her.  She said she was with SB&H.  The number on caller ID every time is 210-547-0293 and the call back numbers given have been 877-310-1982 and 877-897-9626.

I have received several messages on my answering machine from this number. The calls are normally automated so they start talking before the beep, thus cutting off part of the phone number. Today, I was actually home when they called. I even answerered the phone but again it was an automated message that said to return the call. The message said they were calling in response to some documents they had in their office. As I had recently entered the Eat, Pray, Love contest at World Market, I wondered if the call had something to do with the contest.

I called back and the hardly understood anything the woman said. I believe she had a VERY HEAVY Carribean accent. She verified the number I was calling from and then asked if I knew a Candy somebody, at least that is the little bit I thought I understood. The woman said she wouldn remove my number from her list.  Beware!

Same as above. They call at least 2 times per day... some times is a foreign sounding lady saying "hey hey hey its (someone) call me back" its all static. Then another one will call and say this is so and so...I have some important info to discuss with you call me back. A few months ago I finally called back and block my number...some one answered and said... Who is this... I gave them the number I was calling from and they said is this your date of birth? It was my date of birth...I have NO idea how they got my DOB (I told them that NO it was not...) and then they asked if I would supply them with the last 4 of my SSN...I was like UMMM no who the hell is this???? They never answered...they must be getting people info and calling to act like collections agencys...
I told them why the hell would I give them any info...and they said "think about it, how would I know your full name and your DOB" Idk but freaked me out!!! Do not give them any if...they HAVE TO BE scam's!!!!
Deny any thing they ask..and dont answer again!! Report their a**!!!

Foreign sounding women calls asking for me lots of static and background noise.  Number on cid is 877-213-8503 but the tn to call back is 877 310-1982. When I ask what it is regarding the response is a personal business matter.  Obviously not in the states.  Beware of scams.

These people keep calling and using different names, claiming they are in town and need to talk

i had a call from spears dewitt and hall collecting agency. thats the number they provided me with.

Leaves message on my son's phone, but does not use his name.  Just says "please call me back".  They have called at least 20 times in past 10 days.

These ppl called today and asked for my adult son.  He hasn't lived with me since 2002.  I've only had this number since January of this year.... I even have a different last name than he does.... how did they connect this number with him?
