Now they are trying to order Phoenix parts with our name and address. The contact name they are using now is Vanya Sagar. They are giving out credit card info but they are not our credit cards. They have applied for cards with our info though. I think one company had reported them for fraud when they were doing this back in September. I hadn't heard anything since they were reported until today. DO NOT sell anything to these people.

Well they're still at it. I'm going to quote them. I'm just going to double the price - give them a horrible lead time - and way overestimate the freight. She (Vanya Sagar) wants to pay with a Visa, M/C, Am Ex, or Discover card. Are they yours?

This is actually our company name and our previous address. Nobody by the name of David Comerford works here. They are sending out faxes requesting parts/supply quotes. Apparently they have also registered 2 Visa cards with our name and address. I am in the process of getting this problem solved. Just know that it is not Fleet Service, Inc. sending out these faxes, hopefully this can be resolved quickly.

The typical fax was received today, looking for cat injectors and will pay with a credit card. Another a$$ with stolen cards. Here is the info:

Name: David Comerford - but the signature on the fax looks nothing like that.

I hope nobody else is fooled and I wish someone would nail this person or people.
