I had 3 charges appear on my credit card statement. All of which I did not authorize and they came from 877 315 6074 metropcs. This is the second time within 12 months they've done this. The first time they were caught by my credit card security team and my credit card was cancelled. It looks like I will have to cancel this card also.

This number charged $1.00 to my creditcard/ATM to see if it would clear. Once it did they tried to clean out my account but only got $5.36. The dollar was returned. I filed a report of fraud with my bank.

I had the same problem, they did the same to me two $2.50 charges. Once the bank confirms who these awholes are, I'm going after them. Long story short, always check your account activity, if possible everyday. Stay safe.

No call from this number, just found an unauthorized charge on my business checking account from MetroPCS TX 877-315-6074. At the same time there was a $1 charge from V&J NOSHERYLLC BROWN DEER. This company is in Wisconsin. I live in Arizona. This is definitely fraud. Called bank. They cancelled my card and are sending a new one.

They have been charging me monthly... I didn't notice since I thought it was legit at first. You have to be so- careful about who you give your information out to now. Must be a website that I thought was secure; selling consumers info. It's so- disappointing and makes me a little more cautious.

put money back into bank account now ,i do not know you ,owe you , it is fraud

How this scam works is you'd accepted a freebie sometime in past ($10 coupon, gas or shopping card, etc.) and buried in the fine print is authorization to charge your card with negative-option subscriptions for weird services (negative-option means they keep charging every billing cycle until you cancel the subscription and sometimes the scammers make it very difficult to cancel). The law says this is legal, I say it's a scam because consumers cannot be expected to read the fine print when they're receiving a gift. Tell your bank this is fraud and demand they refund *all* the charges. Do not use the word "dispute" because your bank will tell you to work it out with the charging party and you know that's hopeless. Report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG.
