caller id given only once in several calls

I have no business with this company and do not wish to hear from them again!! REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM CALLING LISTS!!

Dialed the number as there was no message left.  This is a company that is doing opinion surveys.

Invest in a telephone which allows you to block phone numbers.

I blocked that number and they receive a busy signal when they call.

Comme je filtre mes appels sans répondre à l'inconnu, je me vois rarement harcelé.

C'est déjà arrivé lors de la provenance d'un appel au numéro différent que l'interlocutrice en personne devienne agressive et même menaçante quand je me suis mis à poser moi-même des questions pour m'assurer de la validité de "leur enquête".

I suspect scam.  They are asking questions that should not be asked on the phone.

This company named Echo Inc, 877-324-6766 calls EVERY 5 to 10 minutes, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, 24 HOURS a day. We're tired of being awakened at 3 in the morning. We have left dozens of voice mails, sent dozens of e-mails and several snail mail letters. We're on the " do not call list " but from what we've learned, the Canadian Government makes BIG bucks selling the "do not call list" of numbers ($65 million was the latest figure we've heard).
How do you stop these people? When we answer the call, the line goes dead, when we call them, we get voice mail for a company called "Echo Sonage"
We are ready to have our phone disconnected.

The do not call list doesn't include marketing research companies...

They've called me 11 times in 10 days, at one point calling 4 times in one day.  I called and left a very angry voicemail, even telling them that if we receive another call the authorities will be involved as it is unlawful for a company to continue calling after receiving explicit instructions not to.  I'm now expecting them to keep harassing us based on the feedback I've seen here.

It is mark ECHO INC, i do not know it is but it is very annoying.  How do I make it stop

We've been getting harassing calls from Echo Sondage for weeks now.  It got worse after I left a voicemail to complain.  They call at all hours of the day, and it's always dead air whenever we pick up.

You can make a complaint quickly with the Do Not Call Registry by calling 1-866-580-3625.  Maybe if enough people file an official complaint the company will be shut down.

Its a market research company based in Montreal called Echo Sondage. They're calling you to do a survey.

I regularly get calls from this :  Echo Inc  877-324-6766 and they just hang up. It frightens my children a lot!

I have been receiving calls from this number everyday at least 5 times per day for almost a month now. Any time we pick up the call the caller hangs up. I fianlly called Echo Sondage(514-593-8943) yesterday, October 28, 2009 at 9:30 am and spoke to a supervisor and told him very explicitly to take my number off of their list. He asked for my phone number and then hung up on me. At approximately 1pm that same day my husband received a call from Echo Inc. and finally someone was on the line. He told the caller to take us off of their list and to never call again. The caller said he would do so. We then received 5 more calls througout the day from Echo Inc. one of which I picked up and heard voices in the background and then the caller hung up. Today, October 29, 2009 I emailed Sophie at echosondage.com detaling all of this and asking how they have my phone number and what infornation they hold on us as well as who they work for and their business number and of course to tell her to take my number off of their list. It will be very interesting to get these answers. If they are indeed a legitimate company they should be shut down for conducting business in this manner. If they are not legit, that is a completely different story.

This is a market research firm. You can go on there website and e-mail your request to not call anymore. I did and got a very polite reply of confirmation.

I also got a call from Écho Sondage. They seem to be a legitimate survey company located in Québec. I also am on the National Do Not Call Registry, but I'm not sure if survey companies are co
vered.

I have received call from 1877-324-6766 . The representative told me that it is Election Canada calling to verify my address and they asked me about my previous address.
I found it suspisious and looks like fishing call for identity froud.

They call my # now ALL the time. I get the same survey thing, tell them I don't have time and that's it. It's getting pretty irritating.

no one answer at the phone

This number just called, but they didn't say anything - just hung up.  There was background noise on the other end like someone was in a room full of people.

Have been getting phone calls from this number for the passed 3 days.  When I answered the first time I got a message to call this redirected number at 1-040 then I hung up.  Second time no recording and no one answered.  Third time I answered the phone no one said anything I called the number back and there was a pre-recorded message in French.  I hung up.  Who is this does anyone know?  I called the phone company to complain, they could not do anything.  Echo Inc. 1-877-324-6766 comes up on my caller ID.

Just got a call from them... on Sunday no less.  Twice they've called this week, both times I didn't answer.
