i see everyone has a past experience with asap travel. most have stated they did a stop payment with their account, just wondering if anyone has done something further than that, as far as investigating these scamers and pressing charges or anyone not able to get money back

They took it from my bank account. And because of the lack of info, my bank discovered it to be a scam and was able to get me my money back (THANK GOD!). Needless to say, after that scare I closed that bank account. However, I still receive right faxes from them. It comes from "TeleConnect ID:3822". Good luck, I hope this information is helpful.

I just tried this number, and the woman on the phone wouldn't give me any credible information. Even the name of the company was secret. She told me it was the name on the flyer.
They must have multiple names they go by.

We are thinking about buyig through ASAP travel. So there was no hidden costs or fees?

Sounds like a great trip.  Where did you go and how much did it cost?  What company did you buy through?  What was there phone number?

Anyone who just buys something without getting information first is just plain dumb.  If you are in sales then I'm sure you know that the happiest customer, customers who do return business with a company are smart and ask questions before they buy anything.  These companies are nothing but a waste of time.  Wasting our fax paper, time and ink then when you call and ask them not to send more they just change the fax a bit and resend it.  A company that is on the up and up and not afraid of "questions" would give you a return fax number and answer any and all of your questions when they are asked.  Don't respond to these faxes, unless of course you are into wasting your time and getting a lot of double talk!

Sounds like you have inside knowledge about this company.  Do you work for them?  Do they have a fax number?  Can you give me their physical address and the company name, not just ASAP Travel.

They told me they sell corporate travel packages and the sale ends today, however all the faxes I've received from them have the same prices for the same packages and destinations.

These clowns send me ILLEGAL unsolicited faxes several times a month. I've requested numerous times to be removed from their solicitation list, to no avail. Each time I report them to the FCC.

Received fax from them today and yesterday.  Hate spam faxes.  Called to ask where they are from and the woman got really rude.

Can you get me the information from when they charged your credit card?  (I'm not looking for your credit info!)  I need to be able to figure out what company or inidividual is behing the faxes so that I can sue them.  Any contact info that showed up on your charge statement would be helpful, even just a city or state.

That's BS.  S.Ct. just came down with ruling that there is a private cause of action (read, you can sue) under federal law against companies that send unsolicited faxes.  $2500.00 a fax.  Save your faxes, get a lawyer.  The hardest part is finding out who they are, but you can usually get some info if you keep looking.

I'm not sure, but I went through my bank to get my money back (I absolutely love Capital One!!!). If you ever find out, please post it so that other victims can do so also!

These people are criminals.  I called and talked to Vicky Newhouse X675.  I was about to purchase the package but my husband called back saying that these people are criminals, you will not get the package after they took your money from checking account.  I was so lucky that I called my bank right away and stopped $800.00 on time.  They did not get any penny from me.  I cost me so much time.  Be aware about these fax.  They are con artists, just want to steal your money. Call them back and curse at them.

This is a fax spammer. They kept sending spam faxes even though they promised they would remove my fax number from their list.
