Like the last person who posted, I am on the NAVC list. Got a creepy message on my home phone this morning, from this number,  with much static. It was a scratchy old man voice that said something like "oh man, I love it" and that's all except for static and maybe a voice in the background.

Called me just now with an early registration code for the 2014 NAVC on behalf of the NAVMA (veterinary confetence) which i do usually go to. I think it's a reused/recycled #

I just got called and they said it was wbez which I do subscribe to. They said that they couldn't process my card and wanted to update. They have me my old address and I said that's my old address and I thought that I had updated it with you guys. The caller sai "oh really? Would you like to update it again? " he then hung up. Worried that it's a scam.

This is legitimate in my case, as I am a member of this organization with my membership coming up for renewal (in 3 months though). Even so, I plan to respond online or by post and the call is not necessary nor really wanted.

It appears this is an outsource firm hired by various professional associations to get/renew members.

I got a voicemail from a male voice: "Hellooooo, Jackie."  Very chipper.  I'm not Jackie.  Sounded like someone else in the room he was talking to.

One call each day around the same time.
No message.

This number calls me daily, even on weekends with no voicemail ever left. I continue to ignore it, but it's been a few weeks and they still pester me. WTF!!

They call my work number and immediately after that they call my cell.  Have not answered either and they don't leave a message.  Have called the last three business days.

Like KLD, I refuse to pick up these calls but they do call at the same time each day.  Huge nuisance.

The company is hired to renew past memberships that have expired. The company name is "ConEd"...I think. If you call back, they will place your number on their DNC list if you make the request.

Keeps calling every day the last 4 days- no message. I dont answer calls I do not know.

called and said the dentist's ADA membership expired and insisted on taking a payment over the phone. I asked them if there was an online place to pay (that's how I renew anyway) They said they would send an invoice via email. Haven't received the email yet. I highly suspect this is some kind of scam.

Got a call from this number and they represented themselves as working with the American Dental association and asked for a dr. They called my cel and I told them they had the wrong #. Annoying.

Same problem - they started calling about 2 weeks ago and the first time a woman asked for me, I said "speaking" and she hung up.  Now I get the dead air voicemails.

Received calls for several days in a row. Today they left a VM saying they were from the Denver Bar Association attempting to sell me a membership. this is strange seeing as I am not a Lawyer.  I too am on the no call list but that is a waste, abusers ignore it because they know no one enforces the law. Until there is enforcement the abusers will continue to call.

Keepgetting calls but no answer. It just started yesterday and I have received 3 calls. Called back and I guess its some number that does member stuff for a lot of companies. I don't have the foggiest idea why they call me though. As far as I know I'm not a member of anything

Calls for an employee, and says there's no message, just that it's about a "membership from american society of mechanical engineers."

Have received calls from this number for past three days.  No message left.  I am also on national DNC list.

Received a 12 second voicemail from this number at 2:52 p.m. today. I am on the national no-call list.

I keep getting calls with empty air

Keep getting calls from this number at the same time each day, when I answer it's silent on the other end. Anyone know who this number is?
