Political junk, called several times at night.

877-331-1377 called my house two days in a row.  I answered the second time.. a young man asked me what I thought of a person running for state representative (republican).  I advised him that I don't discuss such things and he politely said "I understand ma'am" and took me off of the list.  I haven't gotten a call since.  HOWEVER, I also got numerous calls from "PRIVATE" NUMBERS on behalf of democrats running for various offices.  When I said the same to them... they just kept on talking, one hanged up on me..I continued to get these calls all the way through election day.  Obviously, they are BOTH scrambling and I will have no part of it..but at least I can say that the Republican caller was polite, didn't call at 8:30 am on a Saturday and did what I asked him to do.  Can't say the same for the Dem callers.. Now, would I vote or not vote for a qualified candidate based on the actions of a bunch of idiot telemarketers???  NO  that would be pure stupidity.  And those of you in this forum who stated that you would NEVER vote for a Republican or Democrat after receiving such calls are the reason our country is in this mess.  If you're so week minded that such calls would actually sway your vote then you have no business voting at all. You have taken the rights bestowed upon you by the constitution and shat on them.  You may want to keep in mind next time you decide to spew your ignorance on a public webpage that there are people fighting and dying in the streets in other countries for the right to vote.  Using names like "BB"  "SVT Driver" etc.. won't hide your identity.. Welcome to the age of the internet..where NOTHING is private.  Thanks for showing America how truly brainless you are..

What kind of idiot what vote democrat just because the republicans called. If that's what you base your vote on, insteadd of the future of the country, you're an idiot, and please don't vote till November 3rd.  Niether party knowingly calls people that arent associated with that party. that is where the phone #'s come from. I worked the phones, so I know this. It is possible that someone who had the number before you had registered with the party. R's won't waste their time calling D's. d's won't waste there time calling R's

THIS PHONE # KEEPS CALLING MY RESIDENCE WITH NO VOICE RESPONSE, JUST BLANK FOR 5-10 SECONDS THEN IT HANGS UP. WHEN TRYING TO RECALL BACK, RECORDING COME ON TO PLEASE CHECK THIS # TO SEE IF DIALED CORRECTLY. IT WILL NOT STOP, EVERY DAY COUPLE TIMES A DAY, PLEASE PUT A STOP TO THIS.

A plot that has been started in conservative chat room.  Just bug everyone with calls as part of their lobbying efforts, until the tide turns their way.  I'm sure this will influence everyone.

I get these types of calls from both political parties.  I chose to just ignore them and hang up and vote the way I see the candidate.

The effort this election to get people not to vote is shocking. Of course it *IS* on behalf of the Republicans. I don't recall ever hearing of the Democrats doing this like the GOP is doing it this year in all the close races.  You're not fooling anyone. We all know who is pushing this "don't vote" garbage and it's NOT the Democarats.

Robocall from this number several times.  Some of the content is stuff I *KNOW* to be a lie, which really irritates me. Do they think I'm stupid? Apparently, they think everybody with a telephone in this county is stupid because we're all getting the calls.  Ironically, they're supporting Mark Kirk, who has already been exposed as the worst kind of liar.  Several of our neighbors lost sons in Iraq, so Kirk's lies about his service are particularly galling here. No way in hell are we voting for him.

That is a stupid thing to say...I will vote for anybody except a Republican.  You don't think that Democrats do the same thing?  I have been getting the same kind of calls from them, too.  How about just not voting for anybody?

Robocall recorded message that left a voicemail.  It was Mike Huckabee for the Republicans to help "our party".  Well, I am not a registered republican or a democrat and I don't want this junk.  This is the 5th different number that has called me for the same thing.  

Because of this, I WILL VOTE FOR ANYBODY EXCEPT A REPUBLICAN!  All they are doing is wasting money and my time!  There is a lot better things that $$ can do than annoy the public to keep them in their cushy overpaid positions.
