your office sounds like a scam to me....
They call my cell repeatedly and hang up when I answer.
Then when I call them back some clown mumbles the name of your firm-
then puts me on hold, then tells me someone from his office is trying to reach me....maybe I can give him my name?
right!

I get these calls everyday - several times a day. I am going to see how this can be stopped.

I get a call every morning from this number and they NEVER leave a message.  They either need to identify themselves or stop calling.

This is spam, fraud, pure nonsense

Our client is not the hospital. Of course you hospital bill is paid, however your radiology and/or Emergency bill isn't! Call the office, get the details and do the research. You may be surpised!

That is because you have a significant outstanding invoice owed to our client. I suggest you reach out to the person calling, get the information and at least see what it is for. If you choose to resolve it or not is your decision, but before you pass opinion on our office, get the facts.

Pay the $72 that you owe and the calls will surely stop. Work with them, be civil and Im sure they will assist you and provide as much detail as possible to insure that you are comfortable and that the bill is legite.

I suggest you contact the "client" that they claim you owe the money to. Im sure they can explain why you may have an outstanding balance. Keep in mind it is an attorneys office and not a billing agency so they wont have copies of your bill to send you! All they can do is provide the dates of service, amounts owed and the name of the provider etc.

This number keeps calling my home phone and sometimes leaves messages. It's the same guy, he says "I'm Mr. Wilson or sometimes Patrick calling from the law offices of David L. Wrightsman calling about a legal matter" foreign guy also.

They keep calling and asking for Alice. I have explained, a number of time,s like..at least 5, that there is no one by that name here. Sometimes they apologize and say they will take the number out of their files, the other times, they are verbally abusive, saying I am guilty of fraud or something and "my" lawyer must call them immediately. Yes, he has an accent and yes, I would say it was African,but I am not good  enough with accents to figure out which part.

This number keeps calling my home phone and immediately after an unavailable calls my mobile phone and hangs up.  Please stop

I have been having the same problem regarding "hospital debt" and requiring a copy of the bill that I have never received for $72. Is there any way of reporting to some higher authority or blocking the calls?

I've been having the same problem.  However, I sent them a letter requesting verification of the debt (aka a receipt from the hospital that I owe money.  All they've ever sent me is something on their own letterhead that didn't say anything.  The guy even said, on the first phone call, that they wouldn't be able to get that.).  They're not supposed to contact me.  I keep telling them to send me verification of the debt, and until then, they can't contact me anymore, and then hang up.  I've been logging their calls, cause this is REALLY pathetic and annoying.

I keep asking for something on letterhead or a bill and they will not send me anything!  I called the hospital they claim I owe and they said my insurance had paid in full.  This guy is really annoying!

I asked them to send me a bill, and the letterhead said David Reitman.  This is the ONLY website that shows a real lawyer named David Reitman.  http://lawyers.legalhelpmate.com/NY-Lawyer-David-Reitman-698227.aspx  Every other website that matches the full name is basically 800notes or something similar claiming this is a scam.

I'm getting a call early in the morning from these people(callerID says Unknown) --it's the same guy, he says "I'm Mr. Wilson calling from the law offices of David L. Wrightsman calling about a legal matter against case# xxxxxx". I's a foreign guy...he sometimes leaves a message.

I just want to know the name of this institution who called me

phone number had a + in front of it (but not a "+1" suggesting that the phone call was coming from Kenya (country code for Kenya is "87") Upon listening to the message in very broken English - I was told to call them back before they took action against my social security number... I assume it's a collection agency - operation out of Kenya?
