dont know this caller and im on the no-call list! apparently that no call list is worthless! I get calls all the time from numbers i dont know and im not going to answer! Theres too many scams out there to even answer one of these calls plus im paying by the minute for my phone and im not wasting my time with strangers! It does no good to report these numbers to anyone, they keep on calling.Ive cussed them out and told them not to ever call me again before, but they have endless numbers to use .Im not paying a dollar to find out whos number calls me when they use several either! So, I dont know what the hell you can do about it, just dont answer any number you dont know and dont give your REAL number to anyone i guess!

The company is:
The Affiliated Group, Inc.
3055 41st St. NW, Suite 100
Rochester, Minnesota · 55901
You can send them a letter telling them that you don't want to be harassed anymore and to send you a letter if they wish to discuss things with you. Then you will have a paper trail.

877-366-8009 shows up on my cell phone. I am assuming since my long and vicious battle with Capital One that they may be trying to get in the middle of it. That like a lot of other opportunistic bottom feeders, they are on the look out to take an advantage of a situation that quite frankly does not concern them, and would also land them in the middle of federal fraud charges if they continue to persist.
Capital One has engaged in highly questionable practices to the point where I had to bring this matter to the attention of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Because Capital One has not chosen to abide by banking regulatory laws to include the new credit card laws implemented since September of 2009, they can be considered as behaving in a criminal manner.
In which case, who ever has this number faces the same legal problems that Capital One itself confronts, aiding and abetting isn't exactly a minor malfeasance under the circumstances. Oh, and I simply delete this number any time it shows up on my cell phone.

keep getting 800 calls on my cell phone I am not answering them but all of them have the same type of posts in here on them.
How can these people keep getting away with this, why isnt this illegal, why cant we have the numbers disconnected if they are trying to con people.

Called them back from a different number and a women samswered said they were looking for Larry Laney. Siad I don't him, OK. How would they know the call I was referring to was for Larry Laney when I called back from a total different number? But then again there was no pressure just "OK".

These guys are pushy. Trying to make it sound like they're collecting for some old bill. They tried to demand that I give them a credit card over the phone immediately. I never did busines with the company that they said that I owed. When I asked them to send the information to me- they would just say "So, you're not going to cooperate" in a very threatening way.

when you call them back they start asking a bunch of questions tring to get all your info, then to rip you off, and they sound convincing too.
