"If you feel you've been wrongly billed".  Has anyone been RIGHTFULLY BILLED by US Music Find?  How many pages of complaints and people saying FRAUD does it take for your company to stop billing for them?

Oh that's right... if you did that you'd stop earning money on the fraudulent charges... so instead of discontinuing your relationship with this obviously FRAUDULENT company... you continue to spam how many thousands of dollars in wrongful charges onto peoples accounts?

There's the people breaking the law, then there's the people HELPING them break the law.  Who's guiltier?  At a time when people are struggling.. to have deceitful and malicious scammers doing this crap is pathetic.  I'd like to see a northbound commuter bus deliver a big dose of karma under its wheels to these deserving parties.

Thanks for charging my account over the past 3 months (started in September.. just like all these other posters).  Maybe a few more hunderd claims will help you decide if you want to continue your professional relationship with US Music Find (I'm sure you will).

Fingers crossed for that Karma.

Received a letter from the Michigan Attorney Generals office with this mailing address for U.S. Music Find

I called ILD Teleservices at 1-800-433-4518 and this scam outfit did charge $14.99 to my telephone bill.  The representative from ILD blocked any future charges and refunded the payment back to my phone provider.  These criminals really need to be stopped.

The people above me are right.  Call ILD and they will take care of it right away!!!  The representative told me she would credit the charge and block future charges.  They did say it could take 1 to 2 billing cycles for this credit to show up on my account.

Same message with the same number, usmusicfind.com welcomes me. Went to their website and saw that I would be charged 14.99. I was very angry and found this board, and went to http://www.ildteleservices.com/support.html. I called the number on that page and i spoke with melissa who was very patient (aka listened to my ranting, raving lunacy) and took my complaint. First of all, I was even shocked and upset that I could get charged by ILD who had no affiliation with any phone company, so even though that is legit I am going to put a stop to that. I asked her is there a 14.99 charge that they would be sending to verizon to pass on to me, and there sure was. Im not sure how they can legally do that, but they did. She said she would send a credit to verizon, and gave me a confirmation number. I might not see the charges at all since I caught it so early (they charged me on the 17th). You have to call the number on the page of that website, because your phone company may not know what is going on yet until they actually send out the bill. I hope everyone works their way out of this and I hope these scammers get painful splinters in their nether regions.

I also received an unsolicited recorded call about an hour ago from USMusicFind.com "confirming" that I had ordered services from them.  Of course, when I called their customer service number, I ended up at a voicemail mailbox that was full.  Thanks to a posting above, I went to the ILD website, http://www.ildteleservices.com/support.html, and called the customer service number listed there.  I eventually spoke to Floor Superiviser Amy Esquivel.  I notified her that this was an obvious scam and that I had seen messages from other victims on the internet, and now that ILD was on notice, if they continued to send bills to local phone companies on behalf of USMusicFind, they could be sued, with USMusicFind in a class action lawsuit.  She said I was billed two days ago, but she would send a credit to my phone company for the same amount.  She also agreed to put a block on all future billings by ILD no matter who their client may be.

I also called Qwest and advised them and they agreed not to bill my account on behalf of USMusicFind.com.  At the time I was not aware of ILD.

Good luck.

I didn't get a confirmation call. Just showed up on my bill. Called them, got the stupid 99 code, obviously a scam. I called IDS and told them what idiots they are, and then called Qwest and told them to check out ILD. So mad. Wondering what hell I unleashed my cancelling by calling them. Scam.

Same as above. Got $14.99 on phone bill. Called the ILTD who is a bill collection outfit hired by the music scammers. They said they were investigating the company because of many complaints. My wonderful phone company, AT&T, has their customer service closed on weekends. I have no intention of paying it.

I also just heard the message on my answering machine.

"Try calling this number...it's the number for the site owner: (310) 597-4328"

Tried that number but the mailbox is full. Are you able to refuse the $14.99 charge or how does that work?

I just happened to check my phone bill online last night when I noticed a charge for $14.99 from US Music Find.com for a monthly ringtone service which we never signed up for.

If you go to their site and read the "terms and conditions" there's a email address to a company that has no affiliation or relationship with US Music Find.com and their customer service number is totally screwed up...you can't get a live person. Also, ILDTeleservices.com is the fee processor for US Music Find. They have been informed of the fraudulent charges from this company and are trying to resolve the issue with US Music Find.com.

If you find this charge on your phone bill call ILD Teleservices at 1-800-433-4518 and file a complaint.

Today I filed a complaint with the FTC, Michigan Attorney General and I'm in the process of fling a police report for identity theft.

We got the same call.  I called with a blocked number so they could not see who we were, the number is 877-573-5590.  They had a recorded message that you could entire the number to any department, and then if you wanted to modify your membership, or cancel it to dial 99.

I entered zero.  It would not take me to another menu.  It's a scam.  I think I'm going to contact my phone carrier to make them aware of it.  I think they are fishing for information.  I'd report them to your phone carrier.

I got a call from usmusicfind.com asking me to call a confirmation number.  I chose not to call it, but am concerned about getting the 14.99 charge on the phone  bill described above. I am thinking that just calling the number generates the charge.  Any further information would be appreciated.

Same thing here. I also got charged $14.99 on my phone bill for their subscription. I tried calling and got a robotic voice asking for more information. I declined that generous offer and decided to email them from one of my email accounts that I can easily get rid of. I got a reply stating that their mailbox is full. Seems like they have some kind of scam or fraud or illegal activity going on. usmusicfind.com.

Yup, I got a "confirmation" call  today from usmusicfind.com as well. I too called the number and it went in circles, never leading to a live human. I've no idea how or why they picked my name and phone #.

Complete BS, ought to be illegal.
