Hospital debt collections.

I am receiving calls from this company. When I call the number they say to call, they will not talk to me because they are asking for my husband. When I try to explain to them that he passed away 4 months ago, they continue to call anyway asking for him.I have even mailed a copy of the death certificate which they should of received by now. They called me twice today. I tired of these calls.

This company has called our house 3 times per day for the past year beginning at 930am ending at 8:15pm!I finally answered this morning. They asked for my 17 year old Son, said they were collecting a debt. They wouldn't tell me what type of debt but wanted his birthdate and other personal info. I told them I was turning them over to The Attorney General's office since he has no debts and has never been to a hospital or any other medical facility. This is obviously a scam, they didn't care that he is still in high school and under age! They need to be shut down immediately!

Recording keeps calling for somebody I do not know, must be a scam.

Message states they are OptimumAdvantage or something like that.  Debt collector collecting for IHC.  Weird thing is, I have not received ANY notices from IHC that I have a balance past due.  Doesn't seem legit.

This number calls me for no reason.  I have no debt, they ask for someone who is not me and they keep calling.

I put a free app on my phone that makes it continually ring on their and. It doesn't go to voice mail or hang up on them...just rings and rings and rings

They are also calling themselves Optimum Outcomes. Their machine asks if I am an individual (Charlotte Nickey), and if not hang up. I'm not the individual, but hang on and hear they are a debt collection service trying to collect a debt for Intermountain Health Care. I call the number they leave to let them know I just got this cell #, but mailbox is always full.

These characters were hired by Intermountain Health Care [a.k.a. Intermountain Health Scare] to harass me about an $11.70 debt THAT HAD BEEN PAID!!! I got sick of them still calling after I wrote to IHC so I got the app Who Are You ? (Free) and automatically "ditch" their calls now.

The same thing happened to me! Do they work for the cell company and just trying to run our minutes out???

I receive a call for a intermountain Healthcare medical bill collector from a auto accident not in my fault, I sent the bill to my lawyer also I give the info about the guilty party insurance  Liberty mutual who needs  to pay this $140. bill, I don't understand why ask me for the pay because the other party guilty need pay , STOP CALL ME , CALL LIBERTY MUTUAL YOU HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION OK

These people are scum.... They are trying to colllect a 14 dollar and thirty dollar past due ,  and have assigned me four different account numbers   ALL FOR ONE DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!    Has cost my credit score almost 100 points.    Plain old bastardly meanness and unnecessary energy waste as I STILL SEE THIS SAME DOC EVERY  F***ING month!      They have intentional caused me a great deal of streess and duress.   Lames.

This is RCS (Revenue Cycle Solutions), they're a collection agency. Generally for medical bills.

Check the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  The times are before 8 am and after 9 pm.  RCS is Revenue Cycle Solutions and Collection Agency.  They always call to try to get you to agree to payment arrangements.  If you don't answer, they'll eventually send you a bill.  At that point, you can then send them a Cease and Desist letter.  This is the same with every Debt Collector.  They will call for weeks before sending a demand statement.  This is the letter I send to every Debt Collector once I receive their bill.  Always send Certified Mail.

the company is acs and they are a debt collector  i just turned them into the fair debt commission they are not allowed to call before 9 am or after 7 pm or more than 3 times in a month , they can be fined and made to pay the debt off themselves for  harrasment  so if they keep calling you or calling for some ne who doesnt live with you  turn them in

wont reveil who they are but wants to get my info before speaking to me sometimes leaves an automated message but wont say who they are calling for

Had a couple calls from this number today. No message left.

I have so far today (before 11AM) received 3-4 phone calls from this number. When I answer, they hang up. I tried calling back, and got a recording saying that it was RCS and they are trying to collect on a debt. I have NO idea what this is about, and am annoyed. I feel harassed. So I stayed on the line to get the information. I wanted to actually talk to a real person. However, when the call went through, and was picked up, once AGAIN, THEY hung up!

Why bother me, if they aren't going to talk? How many times can they get the wrong number in one morning? The must surely think they have the correct number.  If they would talk to me, I could tell them they do not!

This is NOT good or efficient customer service, or collections!!!
I WANT THIS TO STOP!  And I want it to stop NOW!
