its direct energy...I get these calls all the time 2 plus times a day...finally talked to a person last night and she said she is from direct energy..I called them a few weeks back about this number and they assured me that it wasn't them...but it is...and now for the 3rd time I have asked them NOT TO CALL MY NUMBER

so tired of this number calling..I could be downstairs and by the time I get the phone wherever I left it they are after hanging up.. I tried to call it back out of curiosity and it said that number cannot be dialed from my location at this time..go figure...he can bother me but I cannot return the favor..grrrr

They called me 3-4 times between 15-20th March 2012 and I answered them twice. I was told that they are a company based in Florida calling on behalf of an energy retailer in Alberta. They were trying to convince me that they have just the right gas+electricity plans for me. However, the only plus side I could see in the plan was the saving in the admin charge they were offering for a combined gas and electricity billing which in my case was found to be about CAD $3.75 per month. When told that at least one a retailer I know in Alberta offers more competitive rates than them and that the extra amount I have to pay for actual consumption of gas and electricity under the plan offered would easily offset the possible saving in the admin fee, the the agent transferred me to his Supervisor/Manager. She did not take it kindly when confronted with the numbers. When asked how much I would have to pay for gas for this month if I was already enrolled in the plan she simply told me that I could go online and check that my-self and ended the call. This happened on both the occasions. Hope they will not bother me again.

Calls a few times a day.. Finally answered since I was tired of it taking up my call display memory.. The woman asked for the account holder of the gas/electric bill. Said not here, ok I will call back later. so annoying, I know its not the company I deal with cause they know the name...

This number has continually called looking for the account holder(s) of the gas and electric bill. I know that it is not my electric or gas company calling and am getting extremely annoyed with their constant calling. I tried to call the number back and it says that the number is not in available in my area! So annoying!
