Thanks TC&A . If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have known  what was going on w/ my case. I didn't really like the harsh message they left , but when I called the number that they provided, I was able to clear every thing up and took care of my Responsibility. At least I can consider my self not a "runner", like all you.

Yes! Of course at first I was a little suspicious, So that's why I had one my family members that's an
Attorney in the family, call. He spoke to one of the Paralegals. Finally came to an arrangement to
settle before Judgement.

Really?  And did this so-called "legal Dept." send you written proof to validate the debt?

(Of course if a person owes a debt, they should pay it.  However, there are tons of scam collection agencies shaking people down for debt they do not owe.  So forgive me if I am a little suspicious.)

I had my Attorney Brian call just a few weeks back and stated spoke to the legal Dept. Had to settle my account before it went to court

I was called several times by this number. Finally called back and was threatened about a law suit and failure to appear. The documents would be sent to my address. I dont know if this is real or not. Will wait for paper work, then get me a lawyer if needed.

Victor is a troll working for them. Courts do not work in this manner. It is a collections tactic using "scary" legal terms to trick people into calling them back.

last time i listen to the general public. i disregarded the calls because of these comments and now im going to court cause of it. thx

I also have received several messages stating that either I or my attorney must reschedule or I will be charged with failure to appear.Reschedule what??? Sounds really shady to me. I just ignore them.

Have received 2 calls regarding papers to be served and to have my lawyer call this number.  I called and received an automated message....must be a collection agency!!

Received call looking for boyfreind of former employee whose first name is Lacy.  Caller said "she" was about to be subpeaned several times and wanted us to give message to former employee.  Caller provided last four digits of Lacy's social security number and a case number along with the 877-443-0606 telephone number.  Calling the number receives an automated voice for TC & Associates and mesage will be with you soon.  Must be a collection agency.

Left a message looking for a relative I haven't seen in many years, asks me to call and reference a case#.  If this relative hasn't changed his habits, I'd lay a strong bet that this caller is skip tracing for a debt collection.
