No message just hangup.

They will try to get your credit card and run. When you ask to get removed from their call list they hang up on you

I'm a Verizon customer & I'm getting similar texts on my Android Phone. Unfortunately I do often surf the internet on my phone. I also use my cell # when I make online purchases from the computer. Yesterday I got a message from 68851 "You Have: 1 unread message from your secret crush.Reply >>YES<< to get ur crush's name now! 4help 8002357105 $9.99/mo Msg&Data rates may apply.txt stop 2stop". Then just now I got another one from 51297: "We are giving away a $100 cash rewards for 5 minutes of your time! Answer a short survey by calling 877-448-5786 and it's yours! TXT STOP TO STOP". I replied "STOP" to both messages. I recieved only a response from 68851 "You are not subscribed to any services. For more support: call 8002357105 or e-mail 68851@sms-helpdesk.com" I will be checking charges on my cell bill and contacting my service provider. Hopefully I don't have any virus on my phone/computer that could be distributing my information.

Make sure you report them to donotcall.gov and ftc.gov.
You can also call them and yell as much as you can, they deserve it. Dial *67 and then 877-448-5786. This way your phone number will not be visible for them. After all this should be a free country, and we should be free to yell if there is a reason. I called, threatened with FTC complain, and yelled at them. It felt good.

This is a scam - this needs to be reported immediately.

Same thing here as Jarrie just reported.  The $100/5min is probably just their new scam.  I *never* answer phone msgs on my cell from unknowns till I've checked out the number on some pages like this one.

I got this too..."$100 for 5 minutes of my time" I replied STOP to cancel. Does that do anything? There needs to be a way to report this number as a SPAMer.

Definitely a scam SMS.  If you reply with STOP you do not receive a confirmation that you are opted out, so they are probably non-compliant with the carriers.  Don't bother calling.

Getting same text from this as well as other numbers, stating they will wire 200.00 into my account, scam trying to get access to bank accounts, I hope no one is naive enough to fall for it, reply STOP and they text back that you are out of system, definitely report them.
Other numbers: 714-679-2456, 408-637-6877, 818-519-1821, all sending same message, be careful

Received text also and have reported the on the Do Not Call website!
