I got a call from 877 457 5136 pacific that was on 2/13/13 they said I had 2 payday loan back from 2011 I told them that was not possible because that checking account was closed I ask them if I could send them proof and they told me that I could bring it to court with me so I was so upset I gave them credit card information. I was told after that I should of never did that so I declined the charges on my credit card and today I received a call from a Frances Blake to call 866 241 8621 when I called it was for the same company Pacific so I guess they changed there phone when I got the 1st call back in February from this Frances Blake it was a cell phone # of 734 659 0163 out of Erie Michigan when she called and left a message she called from 718 285 0925 out of New York City both were cell phone #. They also charged my credit card again today

got a call from this number they say it is Pacific Litagation. Told me I had 2 charges against me regarding 2 payday loans. They had a locator contact my place of employment to find out the protacal of serving papers at my place of employment so when my supervisor told me that happen I immediately called this # which they answer to Pacific I was really upset when they notified my employer I paid this company $ 385.00 Can anyone help me out with this company

NO I DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE LEGAL BUT I DONT THINK SO BECAUSE I ALSO ASK THEM TO SEND ME SOMETHING IN WRITING THRU THE MAIL THEY SAID IT WAS TOO LATE FOR THAT. THEY HAVE FILED CHARGES AGAINST ME AND ARE JUST WAITING TO RECEIVE THE PAPER BACK.

I just received a call from these people said they were going to send someone to serve paper on a payday loan: I only had 2 payday loan and they were both paid and I have receipts that they were paid

Keep getting calls saying money was deposited in my account when bank said no funds were deposited. They keep harrassing people. Tired of it.

call from a local number and gave this number and a claim number...also stated their have beem 2 charges put against me.. requesting my address to deliver paperwork to me. I didnt give her any information and wouldnt they have that information already. I get these kind of call's all the time. I am sick of it!!!!!
