Get calls couple times a day, and when we pickup the phone there is a dead silence.

they always call and ask for my dad or my brother we ask who's calling and they hang up.

Type in lower your interest rate.com scams...you will see this is a SCAM. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO. If you want lower credit card rates this is an actual site that will give you tips in order to do so...the RIGHT way.The SAFE way:

they call, no one answers, and hangs up - I called back from caller ID and I got a message that the mailbox is full - DO NOT give this company any information.  Name of the company is First Financial Solutions

Just got a call from them. Guy said he was with First Financial Solutions & I was mailed a letter about lowering my interest rate. I knew this was BS off the bat because how many calls do you get from your credit card company saying "Hey we can lower your interest rate!" He then went into his schpeel about debt solutions. I told him I don't carry debt & he said he was mistaken to call. I asked to be taken off their list.  

The caller ID said 800-Service.

Financial Solutions called 12/3/2008 11:00am CST and I told the person on the phone to take me off of the calling list, and that I have no interest. Everyone on this site should list dates and times that they call. If Financial Solutions persists in calling enough, we can fashion a class action harrassment lawsuit against them.

They mislead you into thinking they're calling about one of your credit cards, saying you've been approved for a lower rate. Then go on to ask about how much debt you have across all of your credit cards. Who knows what else she was going to ask me. They seem to be selling debt consolidation services or something like that, but I don't know. I asked her not to call me anymore and she said, "I was annoying" and hung up on me.
