Telemarketing scam from a bottom feeder trying to get you to list your vacation rental with his company. They just go to legitimate websites like VRBO or Homeaway and cold call owners pretending to be an interested renter before they try to sell you their product. Wonder why this company thinks I will respond to a voice with a heavy Asian accent that sound like a parody of a low budget Chinese movie. "I indesded in your vakashin wental."  Weally???? Got this call several times before I finally blocked it.

These idiots called me 5 times in an hour!  Nothing like trying to work with your cell ringing all the time.
I have now added them to my contacts and assigned a "no ring" as the ring tone.  Now I just get a "beep" when I have missed their call - bummer...

This call is from VacationRentals.org.  If you try to call them at their 5222 # you get a recording directing you to various extensions.  If you try to wait for an operator you get a recording saying you've called them after hours (I called 11:30 am EST), recorded by a women with an accent.

These guys are spammers who lift your contact info from other legit vacation rental sites, and try to get you to list with them. I'll never do business with them simply because of the way they have spammed me.

5 calls in one hour - no message

I ignored this call.  No message was left.  I see a website VacationRental.org has same number. They are located in Ft.Lauderdale.

They have called at least 4 times in the last 24 hours.  I am fine with the rental site I have.  Is there any way to get them to stop calling?

VRBO has more traffic but your property gets lost because they don't even delete unpaid properties so travelers are more likely going to find a needle on a mountain than your property on their site!

They called me today, and left NO message. I have a couple of rentals and don't want to advertise in any other place. They know that, but keep on calling!!!!!!

Always check the sites ranking when telemarketers are trying to sell you something, in this case it is a vacation rental listing service.

Alexa.com ranks sites based on traffic etc.

VRWD.com (Vacation Rentals) ranks 217,837 - the lower the number the BETTER! In this case.... BAD!

vs.

VRBO.com ranks 3,511 MUCH BETTER!

These guys are using VRBO.com as a prospecting list. Call comes (auto-dialed) from a call center in India.

I know these people because I manage vacation rental properties and

20 minutes) I tried calling them back. Their service dropped me while I
