Okay - I filed a complaint against this company at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
Following is my complaint:
The number displayed on my phone was 877-476-4728. The callback number provided on the recorded message is 877-764-4862. The message talks about credit card processing for merchants. Doing a Google search, I found their website:
http://rewardmerchants.com/creditcardservices.html
There is absolutely no reason for them to call me. I do not even own a business! Additionally, after I pressed "9" to have them remove me from their list, the recording began over again, and even after I'd hung up, it continued to tie up my only phone line! I tried several times to use my phone over the next minute or so, but every time I picked up my phone, the recording was still going! They have no right to tie up a person's phone line like that!

I am on the National Do Not Call Registry, and so I should not be receiving any calls of this type at my home. I don't own any type of business, so there's absolutely no reason for them to be calling me. The recording said to press "9" to be removed from their list, which I did. Then after promising to remove me from the list, the recording began again, after which point I hung up. Then I picked up my phone a couple of seconds later to make a call, and the recording was still going! I tried hanging up a couple of more times, and it just kept on going, tying up my only phone line! That really made me angry! What if I had needed to make a 911 call at that moment? Fortunately, I didn't have an emergency to deal with. But I would like to put these people out of business and see to it they receive a hefty fine for being such a nuisance! Does anyone have any pointers on how to make this happen? Thanks!

they just keeping calling but no answer when you call back. On a do not call list but that does not do any good, they keep calling anyway.

This company has called us several times at our business. (We run a tattoo parlor.) For whatever reason, they never seem to want to talk to us. Either they're retarded or stupid. Either way, they don't seem to be a very intelligent company.

My phone is listed on the National Do Not Call list.
This telemarketing company keeps calling me.
When I tell them that my phone number is NDNC listed, they laugh at me.
When I ask to speak to a supervisor, they refuse to connect me.
