Got a call from 877 479 5499 saying that they were SRS and I needed to contact them immediately. It's a fraud service trying to get me to file a claim for something I never had! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE BACK EVER! IGNORE THE CALLS AND IF YOU HAVE A HOME PHONE WITH CALL BLOCK, BLOCK THEIR NUMBER! YOU CAN ALSO CALL YOU CELL PHONE PROVIDER AND THEY WILL BLOCK THEIR NUMBER ALSO!

Same situation as you. The message I received asked for Jay West, and was from a woman named Michelle. I called her back, and left a VM.

The caller ID said: 888-282-6860, and the caller did not say who they were, just asked that they be called back at this number: 877-479-5499.
