Called, left no voicemail

Got a yellow sticky note on door with the GE logo wanting me to call at my convenience to deliver a gift to my home! wtf...i didn't order anything!! The number to call was 877-480-7233...figured it was a scam so i didn't call!!

Calls asking for manager/owner, if not available will not leave a message and just says they will call back later. Very annoying

6 to 7 calls a day for the past 3 weeks...spoke with a pakistani lady and ask her to stop the calls and place my number on the do not call list. Calls keep coming....

This belongs to Ebridge Online Advertising.  They are trying to sell online ads.  When I asked that the two numbers I have be removed from the list, Dahlia said she would, but that it would take 72 hours to process.

Just got call. Claim to be updating info., my wife doesn't like hanging up on telemarketers. But she got rid of her. Unrequested sales call.

Getting tons of calls from this number, if you call it back they answer "customer Service" can get no other details

they call repeatedly and give some nebulous information re my account listing.  I have asked them , when I get a real person, to remove me from their calling list, which they have not done.

Received 2 calls before 9:00 am from this number asking for the owner or manager of the business.  Apparently it is a company called Ebridge Internet they keep calling regarding an internet listing that we do not have.  They gave me a call back number of 866-944-3947.

they call constantly - every 5 minutes, never leave a message and if I pick up, no one answers.

got a call 3x this week. They say they are calling about our Google listing and want to verify our information. Very deceiving, makes it sound as if they are representing Google.

I received the same call at my business, they hung up.  I called back and the person answered that they are customer service.  I said I just received a call and was hung up on and asked the name of the company. She apologized and said that the name of the company is e bridge online advertising.

Caller ID says toll free call.  They never leave a message.

They call me and ask for me (the manager), and I tell them to please hold on.  I then set the phone down and leave it there until they hang up.
I know it's just a little revenge, but it does feel pretty good!  TRY IT!

call me everyday, is there anyway to stopping that?

They call my business 5-7 times a day.  Sometimes they hang up and other times they want to talk to the manager. When I ask them for further information they hang up.  How do we get rid of them

CALLED TODAY 2:34pm, FEB 23, 2011.
CALLER ASKED FOR OUR "OWNER" BY FIRST NAME.  I ASKED WHO WAS CALLING - THE CALLER ANSWERED "STEVE" FROM "SPARTAN CAPITOL."  I ASKED WHO/WHAT SPARTAN WAS AND "STEVE" ANSWERED THEY WERE AN "INVESTMENT BANKER."
I PLACED HIM ON HOLD AND SPOKE WITH THE OWNER.
WHEN I RETURNED TO THE LINE, "STEVE" HAD HUNG UP!

FINALLY, I GOT A BUSINESS PHONE THAT BLOCKS TELEMARKETERS/SCAMMERS.
UNIDEN DECT 2188 - WORKD GREAT!  YOU CAN BLOCK BY NAME OR BY NUMBER.
AT LAST - PEACE FROM A**LES!!!!!!

Legitimate call. Caller was a driver recruiter for J.B. Hunt

Caller id shows 877-480-1245 the person don't even identify himselve. want to speak to the owners/managers of business. why can't we stop them?

These people have been harassing me for months and will not take a hint.  I'm a business and I heard from another business owner that he gave them the information they requested and was then rewarded with a bill for over $500.00!  They've called hundreds of times they do not give up.  I've tried everything from simply hanging up, not answering, giving them a good cussing and claiming the owner (me) was dead.  The longest lasting result came when I politely asked them (an Indian) "What's up with drinking urine everyday?  Dude, that's plum gross."  This does get under their skin.  Apparently the only recourse we have.  Do not give these people any information.  They are obviously a scam or worse - who knows?

Guy just called asked for the business owner or manager.  I told him regarding? He says: "Your business listings"

I put him on hold for a minute and then hung up.  Surprised he hasn't called right back

Hang-up call. I hate that I have to answer 877 numbers because we have one legit contact who calls from an 877 number. Boo.

Have been getting those relentless scam calls and decided to pick up. Filipino chick started yammering in such fast and broken English that I couldn't understand what she wanted although I did hear "speak to owner: and "Business Listing".  I hung up on her and she called back immediately. This time I hung up with speaking to her.

I saw the number for EBRIDGE posted above (1.888.737.1000) and called. Easy to understand (American) rep politely answered. I told him that I wanted my number removed from their list. He asked for the number, read it back to me and said that it would be removed.  I was polite, he was polite.

Now we'll see if the calls stop.

In the past 3 days I have received 8 calls from this number. I answered the 1st time and it was a recorded message purportedly to update a Google ad. I don't have an ad nor do I want one so I hung up immediately. I didn't answer the next 6 and the last one I answered with, "Stop calling me you ***holes" The call went dead immediately. I truly hope they get the message.

FOR THE 3rd TIME (IN 24 HOURS) I HAVE SPOKEN WITH EBRIDGE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED THAT MY COMPANY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CALL LIST.
THE BACKGROUND NOISE (CUSTOMER SERVICE???) SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS A BOILER ROOM OPERATION.
AGAIN, I WAS ASSURED THAT MY COMPANY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER WOULD BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CALL LIST.

EBRIDGE HAS CALLED AGAIN - 2:44pm.
EBRIDGE CALLED ME AGAIN TODAY AT 2:44pm  - THIS TIME I ANSWERED OUR BUSINESS LINE - "HELLO."
A PHILLIPINA WOMAN (WITH A HEAVY PHILLIPINE ACCENT SAID SHE WAS CALLING FROM - AND THIS IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND - FROM MY COMPANY - SHE EVEN GAVE ME THE NAME OF MY COMPANY.
JUST TO SCREW WITH HER, I ASKED IF YOU "ARE SURE YOU ARE CALLING FROM XXXMY COMPANY."
SHE THEN CORRECTED HERSELF AND SAID SHE WAS ACTUALLY CALLING FROM EBRIDGE.
THE BACKGROUND NOISE INDICATED A BOILER ROOM OPERATION.  I HEARD AT LEAST 20 OTHER PEOPLE TALKING IN THE BACKGROUND.  
I ASKED IF SHE WAS CALLING FROM THE PHILLIPINES.  SHE ANSWERED THAT SHE WAS CALLING FROM ENCINO, CA.
AT NO TIME DID I GIVE HER MY NAME (EVEN THOUGH SHE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES) AND I NEVER GAVE HER MY BUSINESS NAME.

RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM EBRIDGE THIS MORNING 11:03am.  I WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE AND NO MESSAGE WAS LEFT.
I CALLED EBRIDGE AGAIN AND TALKED WITH "STEVEN" AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE PROMISED ME THATWOULD REMOVE ME FROM THEIR CALL LIST.

DID A LITTLE RESEARCH...THIS NUMBER BELONGS TO EBRIDGE FROM ENCINO, CA.
THEIR CS NUMBER IS 888 737-1000.
I CALLED THE NUMBER AND AFTER A WAIT OF ABOUT 2 MINUTES, "MICHELLE" ANSWERED AND I ASKED TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR CALL LIST.  WAS TODL THAT IT WOULD TAKE 48 HOURS (huh???) TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR CALL LIST.
