I work at a bank and just had a customer call because they had charges on their account. If you are one of the people dealing with this company CALL YOUR BANK AND CANCEL YOUR CARD RIGHT NOW! As long as they have your card number they can keep charging you. If you cancel the card, they get no money and you are out nothing. You can also file a dispute and potentially get the money back that they have already gotten from you.

What a scam. And I fell for it. There was so much jibberish that I got confused. I have tried to contact this "company" but I either get busy signals OR I am told by a recording that the office is not open.

They are charging my credit card month after month. I barely remember that I gave out any credit card number.

Received an odd charge on my credit card from Virginia BCH mag. Called the number on my bank statement. The lady I was talking to - said her name was Tanya - wanted my credit card in order to look up the charge - jankey sounding no? She then refused to let me speak with a superviser unless I gave her my credit card info. Trying to get my money back but it isn't looking like I will.

Total scam.

I'm really upset I fell for the scam, apparently I was told I had 3 days to cancel the subscriptions but I never heard  them say it. I had to pay the minimum of $195 plus and "overdue" payment in order to stop getting charged. I haven't received a watch or the $100 gift card from American Express. I am receiving the magazines which are now becoming a pain in the butt.

My fiance fell for this same thing, I was told it was canceled, but they still charged him! then I call back again and I get the whole financial comitment blah blah blah. I think I will call back tomorrow and not be so nice. but I have recieved one magazine, but no watch or anything else. I'm going to do some more research on this place. I do telemarketing for a living and I know this isn't right.

Same with me. They say they will call back because all supervisors were busy(wonder why). If I don't get a call back I will go to the bank and cancel my card and they can't do a thing about it. If you are looking to keep your card just tell them you will report them To FTC BBB and State Attorney General. And also that you will call your lawyer or that your lawyer is ready to make a case.

the same thing happened to me i was charged about $200 worth of stuff that i never recieved but when i called to try to cancle i didnt get a responce. so now i dont know what to do.

I just got off the phone with those ppl.  They called a couple weeks ago saying that I was entered in a sweepstakes to win either a trip to Australia, $25,000, or a Brand new mustang GT and all I would have to do is buy their magazines and they would send me this diamond wtahc to let me know that they were for real, so I fell for it.  I never received the watch or the magazines. So, I called them today to cancel my purchases because I was pissed that they already charged $70 right after my tax return had been direct deposited into my bank account.  I was on the phone with the supervisor for 20 min yelling at him telling him that i didn't know what i had agreed to.  He said that since I was a student he would give me a discount and lower it from over $1,000 to like $100 or something but I was determined to not make any purchases at all. I threatened my lawyer despite their voice recording of my agreement with them and finally the dude gave up and said that they would give me a full refund of all my purchases and that they will cancel my account entirely.  I had won! :D

AND THE MAGAZINES WE ASKED FOR WE DON'T EVEN GET!

I had something similiar, same details of they can bring it down to this and blah blah blah. We need to find who this is and how to stop it! Is there any other info you can give me about it?

They are still at it.  Same m.o. as above.  If you get called by them don't back down.  Be firm and polite and let them know that there is no way that you can afford what they are charging.   I have not gotten anything from them, no welcome letter, gas card, watch or magazine.  It has only been a couple of weeks so I will wait and see but I will be vigilant and not let them get another cent of my hard earned money.  Don't fall for the scam.

They called me about 2 months ago telling me i won a free watch and a free $100 dollar gas card.. Then the lady said she was from nationwide and she is "new to the job" and asked me if she could transfer me to her boss..... long story short... i fell for the scam.. 3 weeks past i still didnt get the watch are gas card so i called them back and they said it going to come along with the magzines.. i was fed up so i said no i would like to cancel... they told me that it cost me $1200 someting to cancel... by this time i was peed off but i didnt raise my voice.. i kept on asking why i had to pay that and i still havent gotten any of the promised items... they finally got tired of me and transfered me to the boss. he told me he can bring it down to $300 but i still wasnt satisfied.. then he started to explain why saying " we have a contract with the publishers of the magazines blah blah... i still wasnt buying it. then he said he can get it down to $130.. i wasnt satisfied ut i was tired of barganing so i just settled for that..... im so upset i had to pay that

We, supposedly, called this number to order magazines; however, there was no record of this number on our phone records.  We were able to cancel the charges on our credit card, but are unable to find this "company" on a reverse phone number search.
