This number phoned my office today. The woman asked to speak with someone who handles my AT&T account. I asked if she was with AT&T and she said "NO". I told her I was not interested in any new phone services and she tried to stop me and say this wasn't a call about new service. I told her I wasn't interested in any service they had to offer if they are not my current service provider. Then I hung up. She was really pushy and annoying. Probably trying to sell some kind of add on to my current service. Don't fall for this crap. I've had companies like this add service onto my account without my consent, just because I said it was OK to send me info about their service. Some companies record your voice if you say "YES" at any point in the call they use that as authorization from you to add thier service on. My advice is always assume this is the case and never say the word "YES" under any circumstance unless you are sure it's a trusted company.

I've been getting these 2-3 times a day for about 2 weeks at my business.  When we answer they hang up and when it goes to voicemail it leaves about a 5 second blank message.

pick up phone and hangs up.

Repetitive calls.  Autodial, presumably.  When called back, received announcement "All operators are busy.  Please leave your name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible."  No ID provided.

same thing here.

Got a call. When I answered, they hung up. Weird.
