Report it to FCC the next couple minutes included their fax right away.
This happened every couple months and they don't bother to remove our fax # from their list although we called that toll free # listed for removal everytime we got the fax.

I suggested every body who get their annoying fax, just file a complaint to FCC and make it as clear as possible including send the fax you received (don't forget to scan the fax to attach to the complaint as required by FCC).

From now on, I will do the FCC complaint every time I got the solicitation fax.  It might do good for their business.

I have called them and asked to be removed from their fax list, but I keep getting their faxes.  I called to have my name removed and I was called most known curse words.  They refused to give me the name of their comany.  Sounds like a scam

if you have not tryed it your not helping people if this is a scam i will soon find out and tell you i bought it and am going to try it if i lose my money then i will report it to every one but all you who just have an opion your talking out your a*s and you really have no clue so what if they keep faxing you i dont care i just looking to see if it is a scam or not. sounds more like a sales pitch to buy  today doesnt mean scam, Has anyone purchased one these i use to do telemarketing it was catch to get people in for the sell, but we would disclose everything before they purchased our health care. every salesman gonna say today, just like when you go to car dealership.

I just called the 877# and a young lady answered the phone, to say "Hello are you making a reservation today".  I asked for the name of the company and the young lady stated, she could not give me any information until I purchased a package. WOW!!! What reputable company does business this way.  Still curious I called right back and I got a gentleman, named Rudy, and when I asked for the company's name, he said VIP Vacations.  I too received this vacation package via fax.  I asked Rudy some basic questions.
1.  Are their any fees not listed on this paper, I should know about. Rudy answered, yes, the package has to be purchased for 2 or more people and their is a $69 per person activation fee from the company and a $70(for both travelers) fee for airline taxes.  So, we have now gone from $300 for two people to vacation to $510 for two people to vacation in Cancun for  4 days and 3 nights, and everything is included, in the $510, meals at the hotel, drinks, and activities.

2. I asked Rudy, what if the drinks were alcoholic, would they too be included.  Rudy stated YES!.

I can honestly say, scammers are getting better and better every day.  But do they really think, people will pay to go to Cancun for $510 which is the same prices for the Miami Florida vacation on the paper.  This company has to know that people are scratching their heads with these prices..... So I asked the 1 million dollar question,

3. "How long has this sale been going on?  Rudy stated, the sale just started Tuesday and it will only last until this Friday, their company purchased all of these vacations from different company's and could not sell them all, the last few packages listed are what's left to sell.  Well, I got this fax 2 weeks ago and from the pitch on the paper, it states Offer expires Friday, I'm wondering which Friday now.  

I clearly have my answers, I actually had my answers when I called the first time and the lady refused to give me the company's name.

I just called and she said the name of the company was VIP and they had offices in PA, FL, and TX when I asked where they were located.  I did buy a vacation from a FAX once for 4 nights all inclusive in Cancun and it was great.  The airfare was not included and it was $299 for 2 people. Sometimes the FAX vacations do work. This one though, I believe would not. You can't get airfare and 3 nights all inclusive for 1 person for $150.  I will continue to read this blog and see what others say.

SCAM!  NO doubt the positive rating above was posted by them!  What kind of idiot buys a vacation off a fax?!?  These poeple are opertaing illegally!  I reported them to the FCC and recommend you all do the same.

Yes I too got the FAX- Tried calling at 8:30 pm on a Mon night...NO ANSWER!  Googled the phone #--Yes I think a MAJOR SCAM- The first review was THEIRS of themselves...Its SO obvious! I just feel sorry for the people that don't know better.  The old saying "If it seemsto good to be true, it probably IS".  Like many of you, I have list all my phone numbers on the National Do Not Call List...doesnt help much!  Who enforces it? I wish there was a way to F_ _ K these people.  Think I'll go out and get one of those marine air horns, call e'm up , let e'm try their scam, them put it directly next to the phone and squeeze the horn....That WILL hurt there ear at least.  Everyone needs to get together to do something about people like this.  Maybe I call CBS 5 and let Anna Weaner (San Francisco CBS TV News) deal with them...She's pretty good with these things.  I would encourage everyone to call them and the government people who are supposed to enforce the NDNC list!

I also was told to "F*** Off" when I told them to please stop faxing to me, and that I could probably get the deal cheaper thru the cruise line.

Anybody notice the original James VU message says the writer never got the name of the person who facilitated their reservations?  Would you make a credit card payment to an unknown company and an unnamed person and feel secure?

The removal number listed on the fax is a nonworking number.  The company number was answered by someone who refused to give the company name or their own name.  As soon as I said I didn't want any more faxes, they hung up on me.  I've contacted the "Do Not Call" registry about this number before and yet they're back again.

I can not stand these unsolicited faxes!  I received another one today from 877-495-5119.  So they've wasted paper and my time.  I had to call their removal number and I filed a complaint with the FCC, which is something I suggest everyone do when they receive these faxes.

these jerks send faxes without their fax number. I think that is a violation of some law in the U.S. you have to go online or call a number to get removed.

I just called and the d****ead refused to give me the company name. we should all call the 877 number to tie up their lines, thus stopping their businesses. if anyone has a modem in their computer set it to auto dial like 1000 times and go to lunch. F them

I have recieved 2 faxes from this call back number which has an ID of "yourtravelguys.com." The fax number they dialed is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry as a number not to call.

I submit a complaint to the Registry each time they violate the program rules which is 2 times now.

I also called the number they provided (877-252-6363) to be removed from any future faxes.

I will see if they comply, but if not I will continue to report them to the National Do Not Call Registry each time they call my fax number which costs me the price of ink and wear and tear on my fax.

I told them to stop sending me faxes we'll see how that goes

I find it hard to beleive that there is anything good and right about this group of people.  The review by James Vu sounds like a scam, the people at 877-495-5119 only want your money.

The language they use if they discover that you are not going to buy from them is pretty raw.

I am glad you found this page; I hope you read this before you gave them a credit card.

My number is on the do-not-call list and they solicited me via fax anyway.  I called to have them stop soliciting me and I was called every name in the book including the N-word and f-word a hundred times.  Real classy people you have working there.

Pros: Simple to use, good selection, very professional staff. Far exceeded our expectations.

Cons: None whatsoever!

The Bottom Line: The Call Center is honest, professional, and their prices have no hidden extras. Our dealings with air, hotel and car rental were a snap because of their services.

My husband and I recently booked a Hawaiian vacation through this company. I had just found it on a fax i received. The company and representative (i didnt get his name but he had a deep voice) provided outstanding service from start to finish. We appreciated how inclusive our package of air, hotel, and car was. No hidden charges. In fact at our second hotel, the Keauhou Sheraton, I expected to pay for parking upon checkout, and discovered our package even included that. Another thing I liked about the company was that I could enter different parameters and was able to see the prices at once. The initial price quoted was what we paid, and other than food and entertainment costs, that price held. In fact, when renting cars on the two islands we visited, we received upgrades at no charge. When we turned the cars in (Dollar Rentals)the first rental only charged us 2 gallons of gas, and the 2nd rental charged us nothing extra.

Initially we had been booked at one hotel near Lahaina, but upon reading some reviews of the cottages in which we were booked, I called the guy with the deep voice and asked him to change our accommodations. It took some doing on his part, but we ended up a a very nice hotel, which even upgraded our studio to ocean view at no extra charge. Do not hesitate to use this company and save yourself a lot of headaches!
