The DNC does what it was intended to do. Many folks are under the misconception that all calls should stop period. That is not the case, charity, some survey's and political calls are exempt. Debt Collections also do not fall under the DNC.  

It does not protect you from illegal telemarketers, or the extortion scammers, frauds and other criminals. Many of those callers are from foreign country's also.  Criminals don't obey laws simply said!

SICK AND TIRED OF UNWANTED CALLS.  I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!  WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND????

This number keeps calling under different numbers but same people!!!!!
The only way I think they get numbers is threw phone providers selling them in bulk.

They called the other day and left no message. They called again today and in a weak moment I answered. They didn't hear me say hello so they were talking in the back ground, just foreign jibber. I stayed on for awhile and heard someone else on the back ground saying hello hello, obviously a group of them in the same room. Then the one on the line with me was speaking foreign jibber with someone else in the room. I just hung up.

Calls, no one ever leaves a message... If it's that important, leave your name and number and I might call you back...

Scam calls have been on the increase this past month...

I have gotten calls from this  numbe before. I have caller ID and answering machine.  I don't answer calls if I don't know the number.  I will not call them back.  I am on the "Do not call list".

I work from home so throughout the day I get calls from not only this number, but all kinks of others which I do not answer i.e. other toll free numbers, or a state (Florida, NJ, etc.), or one of my favorites, "Private". The do not call list has obviously been a waste of time, energy and money. Perhaps the federal gov't should have a do not call list handled by a contractor/vendor...could not be any worse than the lack of success we are apparantly having in receiving more unwanted calls now than before the so called 'list' was ever put into place.

this number is calling a "do no call list" number this is in violation of the law. if this continues you will be sued. sell your services to someone who wants them or calls about them!!!!!!

Just received a call from them. Once somebody from the call center picked up I simply asked "What can I do for you robo call?"  Gee, they hung up :(  LOL

with the advent of the new year, this CRIMINAL FIRM has renewed its harassment of the public.  report all incidents of illegal activity by these criminals to the FTC and request they prosecute and put them out of business.

This number continuously call my home.

While spoofing of their caller id to conceal their true identity, these CRIMINALS continue to harass the public, seeking to fleece anyone they can entice with their obstinate and criminal activity.  They flaunt DNC & FTC laws while trying to bilk the public from their hard earned money.  Continue to report complaints to FTC, and hope they put these blood sucking criminals out of business.

Received a call from 877 504-1891 on 12-11-2013 from a company calling themselves Power Home Technology who was calling for Monitronics about home security systems.  First caller gave name Bradley.  Called back introducing his supervisor Billy Jones who asked questions about my home security and offered a free upgrade and wanted to arrange for an installer to come to my home.  I told them I'd check with Monitronics and maybe call them back.  
Monitronics said they are a scam under investigation.  

It's from IMI Alarms, Mooresville, NC.

I called the number back and it did not tell a company name but just would give you a company directory.

rec'd a call from this toll free number.  no message left. will monitor to see if any harassment or unauthorized sales pitches follow before reporting to FTC for prosecution
