ha ha your funny.I work in collections and they ask for your number and nane and maynbe ss# because they have computer sytems that look up your cases or accounts.they work a million accounnts.but I keep getten calls from these people 2 they are annoying

In one day recieved several calls from this number when i finally returned the call the guy was very rude and said he was a Law agency and had a debt of mine which was 7 yrs old and had been paid he threatned legal action etc .. When i asked him to produce something in writing he declined and told me if i didnt pay him this bogus amount he would issue a summons in 2 days lol i hung up !! Im not a fool to hand over someone money on the phone when they have not notified my in writing !! Scammers !!!!!!!!!!!

Received a call today from 877-509-0403 saying the message was for a Kathy Gunter.  The girl said she was calling her, but she didn't know why that her folder had been placed on her desk and she needed her to call her back.  
My name isn't Kathy and I don't know any Kathy Gunther.  The person calling was Cindy Cummings and she didn't sound to smart since she had no idea why she was calling the person.  When I called back the number it says it for Brown, Meyers and Assoc.

They will give out case numbers say it's urgent for you to call them back, but when you do call them back with the case numbers they w.ill tell you that  nothing is coming up by by this case no.
Then they will start asking you for information. Such as your phone number, Which they already have because they have caller I.D..  DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU....THESE PEOPLE ARE MAJOR SCAMMERS.  God knows what their doing to others and they will be punishment.

Same as everyone else, this is a scam.  The guy on the other end told me to "f**k off" among other things when I asked to be removed from their call list.  They were calling for someone I don't know in the first place.  No real business would allow their employees to talk to clients like this.

Who is this? He keeps calling but when I try the return number the message says I've reached a number that does not accept incoming calls!!!

They will not stop harassing me, claiming I owe money but never wants to send anything in writing..they sent me an email that was all spelled wrong. Can someone say SCAM?! Their "address" is actually a vacant building that's for lease.. i look up their phone number and nothing comes up besides scam. This is getting ridiculous.

This is ridiculous.  This person had an address that was "mine" two years prior to the supposed debt that they were attempting to collect on.  They were only able to provide me with a name of the company for the supposed debt (of which I DO NOT recognize), and no contact information for this debt to rectify something that I know nothing about!!  Agreed, BOGUS DEBT COLLECTOR!
