Called about cell service

Received a voice mail saying there were important updated that needed to be done on the account. We have 16 Lines and I know for a fact they are up to date. I called the actaul AT&T business care line and was informed that the people calling are not AT&T but people who re-sell AT&T products. Don't fall for thier tricks

We have 16 lines and have also been grandfathered into the unlimited date plans. I did call the AT&T bussiness care line and was told they are not part of AT&T. Apperantly the are 3rd party re-seller of AT&T products trying to get more business and increase sales. Not calling them back.

These people are not with AT&T business services but are most likely an aftermarket independent contractor trying to earn commisssions by duping you into changing plans.  If you get a call ignore them and call AT&T at the number on your bill.

Received a message from "Travis at AT&T Mobility" at this number stating that I needed to call him at extension 2157 regarding "technology changes that need to be made to our account".  I called the AT&T Small Business Division to inquire on the legitimacy of the call.  She was not aware of the number and suggested that it was probably not AT&T since he left no last name.  She said that there was a possibility that it could be sales trying to get us to change our plan because we have an unlimited data plan that is no longer available but we have grandfathered in.  Needless to say, I will not return the call.

I got a call today from a lady (called from this #) who said she is from AT&T mobility and that we have 4 lines with old technology and she is offering free cell phone upgrades and upgrade to newer business program with 8% discount.  She stated in order to get these upgrades FREE it has to be done Today.  Now I am a little suspicious if this is a sales call from someone other than AT&T.

left me a vm saying "there are important changes that NEED to be made to my account" ????
