cash call calling my work all day long  just ignore phone call

They keep calling for someone I don't know. Finally I just said what do you want. They asked me if my birthday was ---- and told me how much this lady owed.  Busted! That's illegal

These guys call to tell me I have submitted a loan application.

It looks like the Sturdevant Law Firm has a pending class action suit against them.

Please let me know of any class action lawsuits with Cash Call I am worried they are going come to my place of work, I get calls all day long, I really don't know what to do!!! Please help!!

They called and when I answered they  hung up. WTF?  Don't these morons know just about everybody has caller ID? (says "toll free caller.")  So I call them back and talk to some guy named Dave who wanted my loan ID number. I explain that I don't have a loan with them.  He assures me that no one calls and hangs up. What a moron. Why would I lie? This is ridiculous. I'm going to have my wife answer next time. They may not hang up if a female voice answers.

yes i agree cash call is rude and unprofessional i ran into some money problems and was not able to make the paymnet they want now they are telling me that this is unacceptable of having no money we dont work that way, i have been called a liar and so forth also my  paydays are like every two weeks they want to work with me but they say we can wait for the money, either we get it today or we cant take it when you get it..

I can't believe their interest rate it's 135% example = borrow 2,500 & pay back 13,000 in four years. Pay off in 30 days or you will screw yourself with this company.

CashCall, Inc has continued it's unlawful methods of collection.  The California Attorney Generals office pursued and obtained a Judgment against CashCall, Inc in the Superior Court of California in the County of Los Angeles (Case # BC420115) in 2009.  Additionally, there is a current case in Northern California against CashCall, Inc for the same violations (Case #CV 08-3174 MEJ).  This has been certified as a Class Action Lawsuit against them.  The State of West Virginia won a $15 million dollar judgement against them for illegal collection practices.

I have been a victim of CashCall's continued practices and sent certified mail to them, thus my ability to prove their violations. Yet, they continue to violate the Judgment against them, showing blatant disregard for the Court and the Attorney Generals Office.  Further sanctions and/or action needs to be taken against them.  

I encourage EVERYONE who has similar problems with CashCall, Inc to file a complaint with the California Attorney Generals Office as well as the California Dept or Corporations.  Check back here periodically as I'm in the process of finding an attorney for action against them.

I just made my payment yesterday.  My account  is current, in fact I pay extra every month to get done early.  They call at least six times per day on my home. cell. and work phones, but NEVER leave a message.

These people have called here twice and asked for someone who is not reachable at this number.  The second time someone called, she sat there and hummed while I tried to tell her that like I had said the other day, the person is not reachable here.  Totally rude and unprofessional to keep humming while I'm trying to talk to her.  But then again who am I kidding, they make their money being rude and unprofessional.

This company has been calling my number looking for someone that does not live here.The calls started in July I believe and these guys don't care who pays the freight I have told them repeatedly not to call but that doesn't seem to work. I will start with the customer service of my phone company and work up the chain of command. These guys are snakes in the grass and don't give two hoots about who is responsible for the alleged "business issue" that needs to be addressed.

They call from this # now like 3 or 4 times a day it use to be like every hour.  They never leave a message either!

I am so many calls a day from this number 877-525-2274, I googled the number and it was from a cashcall  which I do not want that number calling my number and I don't have a loan from them.

I have a small loan through Western Sky.  I know that it is Csh Call and that they transferred to to thier company.  I have not missed a payment, have not any problems but for some reason I am getting calls from this number and they will not leave a message.  When I answer, they hang up?  I do not understand, but will keep making my payments as I am supposed to do.  I do wish that they would stop calling me though.

I used western sky, cash call bought the loan.  Worst mistake of life.  I was in the payday cycle, had 8 of them.   Recommendations if u need a payday loan, use store.  Not montel Williams

Well, they got me today...TWICE!  They called right after I didn't pick up the first time.  I have never in my life borrowed any money from anyone.  They're either a bunch of morons who are just random calling (or using an automated system) or they want someone with the same last name.  I don't know...and I don't care.  I'm not even going to waste my time and energy on them.  It's not worth it!!!  But I'm thankful for all the comments other people have left here.  I know I'm not alone!!!

do not take a loan with these people you get the loan through western sky and then they refer you to cashcall

Every day get 2-3 calls but don't answer them as know this is a unrecognizable number. I get them both on my cell and home.  How do I stop them?

Screw that! Let them send out a grunt to find out where these people are.

Have repeatedly received phone calls on my cell from 1 877 525 2274 (cash call!)  My husband got a loan from them and that night they started calling!  I answered as it is my phone number and told them that my husband wasn't interested and to not to call anymore and not to call so late!  They called at almost 8pm while we were relaxing, watching TV!

I just closed my bank account so they can't get into it now.  I don't trust companies like that!  I let my husband do this against my better judgement, oh well, looks like we will suffer on the credit report, but I'm not paying them the $4752 they expect!  I will only pay the $1500 borrowes as I recently found out this type of loan is ILLEGAL!

I recently found out that their loans are illegal in my state. I already paid the principal balance back on the account, although, since the loan is prohibited I technically didn't have to pay anything back, but I am not a thief. I sent them a letter telling them not to call my work phone, or cell phone and to please forward any further correspondence via email or postal mail. They call repeatedly from several different numbers beginning at 8am and ending at 9pm all day, every day. I forward a cease and desist letter and the calls continue. I don't answer unfamiliar numbers and use a call block, but it's just annoying. It began as a Western Sky account and was immediately sold to Cash Call the following day. They are just annoying.

When I said that I did not know the person they were calling for they then asked me if I was sure that I did not know that person. Then wanted to know if I had a new number and how long I had the number. Insisted that I tell them how long I have had this number. What creeps these people are. Plus they refused to answer questions about what company they are calling from.

I have been getting calls on my cellphone from 877-525-2274. When I did a google search it came up as Cash Call. I had a payday loan with them but I have a company Town and Country handling my debt to them. I have sent them an email hoping they would stop the calls.
