Callers name is Salomon Evans calls about once a month and just said it was a time senetive matter in his VM. Until today did he mention that he was calling about the title to my car. He always says he's with either Cookston or TouchStone. Its hard to tell because he mumbles it.

This is a collection agency, acting as a law firm. They threaten garnishment of wages and will call the workplace on numerous occasions.
