This is a fax nu,ber for a company whotries to scam you into buying their products. They call businesses like acting like you order from them regularly and try to scam you into ordering from them.
The phone number for the business is disc.Coastal Distribution Center Inc  Los Ageles CA is on the fax cover. I got them to call me back by blind faxing them. When they called back I called them on their fraud and after cussing me out they hung up.
