They got your number from Manta...just like they got my cell phone number from Manta. During tax season I was getting calls on my personal cell phone from old clients that were trying to locate me again and they found my cell on Manta.

I also own software from Thompson Reuters "Ultra Tax and Write up Solution". You got my attention now. Why would they sell my cell number to tele marketers

I got a call a from 877-540-2716. Left no message.

This number keeps calling my work phone.  No message is left.

They called.  I picked up.  It was quiet.  I said "Hello???"  No one responded, so I hung up.  This is a private residence, not a doctor's office.  Today is Saturday and we are home, so it was not likely a business call.  I'd say they are scammers, telemarketers or ??????   I am on the national do not call list. It helped a little to decrease the number of calls I get, but when I make an online purchase I always wonder where my information goes.  The calls from these companies usually correspond with my making a purchase online.

Received a call asking who handles the marketing of Thompson Reuters for our Firm.  

Just called and didn't hang up the phone quick enough when my voicemail kicked in.  From the background noise it's clearly a busy call center with a bunch of people all making calls at the same time.  Couldn't tell what they were trying to sell though.

I was getting calls from this number also. No messages, would hang up when I answered. When I called the number I got the E communications advantage and we are on holidays. I looked up the number and actually called the company in Texas which has this number on their site, and told them about all the people complaining about their calls. The guy told me sorry and would take my number off .....The number to them is 1-866-750-5175. Im also now on the do not call registry as well....the number for that is 1-888-382-1222..hope this helps everyone...

I received a message from this company, as well.  They told me they were with Thomson Reuters, I buy software through them.   They set up a sales meeting with a man named Gary Hedu - I am now concerned very concerned how they knew my address and name and lied and said they were with Thomson Reuters.  Coincidentally, I also received fraud alert charges on my capital onecredit card today.

got a call just now & tried to call it back and got a message saying "Thank you for calling E Communication Advantage.  We are closed for the holidays..."

Called at 8:30 this morning.  No message.

they call almost daily, one message left and it was just background noise. Anyone know who this is?

They called to say they were letting me know that the Zerox toners I purchase will be going up in price and wondered if I wanted to order a carton of them before the price went up.  When I told them I do not order by the carton, they hung up.

Tthe he caller called my c-phone @3:26, 08/22/2012, left no message. I returnd the call &  mssage: call later.

Didn't pick up and they didn't leave any message. Sounds like either a spam or sales call.

They called and left a message, however, they didn't realize the phone was still on.  From the background discussion this looks to be a phone center calling insurance companies and doctors to confirm the address for sending a current edition of the Physicians' Desk Reference (PDF).  Since I didn't order the book, this may be a bit of a scam to sell the book.

Same story here.  Curious how they got this phone number.  I recently renewed DEA online and I'm concerned about the security of that site now.

This number (8775402716 x 8631) is calling me, for no reason. When I call back, no one answers there.

Oh, and when I dialed the number back, I only got a busy signal too.

My supervisor had a message on her phone that the caller ID showed was from this number.  The message was a guys voice saying something incomprehensible (said it twice).  We almost thought it was an obsence phone call.  We slowed the voice down and sped it up, still couldn't figure out any of the words he said.

got call several times and forwarded to email to save.  just got a call again only this time rep was still talking to obvious co-worker and he was talking to a girl.  He was talking about the quickest way to get to W. Braker and Mopac Expressway...which is in Austin, Texas (area)...so the phone calls are originating from the Austin area.

Called to confirm address for doctors.
Can't call back, busy signal.
Hung up.

I answered no one was on the other end.I called back a few times and the phone never rang it would end call.

2nd call in 2 days, no messages left

Just got a call from that number.  The message was just some random noise in the background.
